Our non-profit started working with Clockwork over five years ago to rebuild our website, and they now provide us with hosting and ongoing support. They’ve been an outstanding partner every step of the way. Issues are rare, but when something comes up, the team jumps in immediately and gets things resolved fast. Started with this team almost two years ago. Developed my site and while not perfect it was workable. Then my project manger left and there went all the knowledge. It has been a costly road. My website was left unsecured for a week, I was double billed for most work. When work was needed they would fix one thing, break another then I had to pay for the fix and the break.
