Helpful, good communication

The product was exactly what I was looking for. Confirmation of the order was very timely arriving soon after being placed.

site was easy to use. I ended up paying for some delivery insuraranc that I didn't want - it was automatically added - less than ideal

Buyer Beware!

Shame on me for not reading the reviews first. 43% were 1 Star & that should have been my first clue. The communication with representatives were cordial and even kind. But the products, follow-up, and customer service was terrible! I ended up with inferior products that were NOT what was shown by the photos on the website. The options they gave me were:

Option 1: Keep the Item & receive a 15% refund of your purchase amount

Option 2: Return for a Full Refund
But...
Return the items (I pay shipping costs - $40 - $70 on a $125 order) to their central overseas warehouse in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. Once received and inspected by warehouse team, they claim to process a full refund of the item amount while excluding the original shipping fee. Assuming my return reasons were valid by their unknown criteria.

I decided to cut my losses, take the 15%, and never buy from them again.

Updating my review after my complete experience with this order.

I initially left a positive review based on my early interaction with the company. However, after placing my order, my experience was very different.

The website advertised a processing time of 1–3 business days, but after more than two weeks I still had no dispatch confirmation or tracking number. I requested to cancel the order before I had any evidence that it had been dispatched, but my request was repeatedly refused.

As the issue remained unresolved, I opened a dispute through my bank (Revolut). Following the dispute, the merchant agreed to issue a full refund, which I have now received.

While I appreciate that the refund was ultimately provided, the processing delay, lack of dispatch updates, and handling of my cancellation request were disappointing. I hope this feedback helps other customers make an informed decision.

Very quick and easy

I placed my order for a 2TB compact external SSD unit and found the website easy to use and had sufficient information to make a decision on which product was best for me.

Found the whole shopping experience with this company very good. Had a question about one if the items I wanted to buy and it was a quick response. When I went to order it was quick and easy.
Lovely products and will probably buy from this company again.
