I gave them one star because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. My complaint is no different from everyone else’s. I only wish I had been smarter before wasting my money. These are the cheapest shoes that have ever crossed the threshold of my home. The website is a lie. $88 to return the shoes. They came from NY. But they want me to ship back to China. I paid $137. A mess.

Actually if I could give Closora zero stars that would not be good enough!! They are actually scamming people and I wish so bad I could post where the world could see and know that this site is so misleading and ghetto and needs to be closed and never opened again!! Please don’t pay attention to the photos because the products are nothing like the photos and they will string you along with no intentions of ever refunding you your money back and the merchandise is so bad they don’t even want it back themselves so I said all of this to say they are SCAMMING PEOPLE AND WE ALL SHOULD WARN EVERYONE TO MEVER ORDER FROM THAT COMPANY IT IS TOTALLY GARBAGE!!!

I wish I could give a 0 star review. My shirts came in 4xl and nobody will return my email for an exchange or refund. Horrible material horrible customer service all in all horrible!!!!!

Chinas clothing and sizes all off .. no one will respond for a return

The shoes I received looked and felt cheap. The ankle strap did not lay flat. The company is being incredibly difficult regarding a refund and apparently they keep alluding to the fact that I will have to send these shoes internationally (China) to return them. Do not be fooled by their US address on their website. They keep offering me a percentage of a return if I just keep the shoes.

Extremely poor quality and overly burdensome return process. The cheapest shoes I've ever seen, not even worth taking out of the packaging. They advertise free returns and yet make the process so convoluted that I am sure they are counting on most people giving up part way through. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Do not purchase from this company. The quality is awful and they don’t stand behind their product. They sent me cheap, misrepresented canvas shoe sneaker that are not worth 5 bucks. The structure, sizing quality are awful. They smell horrendous and come in a bag as they are cheap china made shoes that they charged 38.00 for. They will not take them back but offer a store credit if you return them to China at your cost. They will stall you and have you send photos of everything including the stupid plastic bag they came in. Do not purchase from them. Stressful waste of time.

I will never again order from this company!! From what I had seen online and order it took three weeks to be delivered AND it’s definitely not what was in the picture that I had ordered ..I purchased tan colored men’s khaki shorts, and they are not anything like what I had ordered in the picture.these shorts are more of a yellow then tan color and they are completely different looking

don't buy item on closora, because all item made china, The product doesn't match the photo, the quality is terrible, the size doesn't match, they won't refund your money, what they write to Money Back Garantee is a scam, they will force you to send the product back to China, shipping to China and customs clearance in China is at your expense and after that you won't receive anything in the end, a cheap Chinese product that costs on temp maximum $10 , will cost you $100, a waste of time and nerves.I suggest that everyone who has suffered losses join forces and sue them.

1) The shoes took forever to arrive. 2) The leather stinks!!! Donkey hide, I think. 3) The shoes look nothing like the photos, and are sized innacurately. 4) Did I mention that they STINK! 5) They came packed shoddily, and crushed. 6) The return "process" is "manned" by AI and is classic bait and switch. 7) AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

If I could give a zero review, I would. They advertised leather boots and what I received was nothing but plastic mess that did look like they were advertised. They have been giving me the run around since December of getting my refund that I had to file a claim. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Horrible, horrible experience. They listed a photo of a beautiful dress. the sites lists free 30 days, returns, so I figured I can try it out.
I got a crumpled heap of fabric, nothing close to what was shown on the site. When I tried to return it, they made me go through a whole long process, upload photos etc. Then they claimed that the issue was not on their end, just that the fit isn't right for me, and that is not included in the refund guarantee.
The worst part, is when I found the same dress on Amazon and Shein.com for half price and less, with guaranteed, no-questions-asked return policy.
After many back adn forth emails, they refunded me around $13 of my original $60 payment. The other choice they gave me was to ship the item back to them, pay shipping and custom fees, and get refunded. As I don't drive, the travel cost, shipping and customs was too much of an expense to make the return worth it.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. At the minimum, do a quick google image search, you just might find that item on a reputable site with actual trustworthy return policies

This clothing is the worse quality. They have a WY address to appear as a US company however if you need to send an item back they require it be sent to the following address; Return Details (If Choosing Option 2)
• Item must be unused and securely packed (original packaging preferred)
• Return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Please select a shipping method where the sender handles customs clearance
• Do not choose a method requiring the recipient to handle customs.

They wanted pictures for an item that was too small. Not sure what the short fabric is but it is not cotton white is actually see thru.

My experience with Closora was disappointing. The products were very low quality and did not meet expectations. Returning items was also very difficult and frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
