I requested a withdrawal of £700 over two weeks ago. I had previously completed a smaller withdrawal from the same account, so I was surprised when I was asked to provide identification all over again. I submitted everything requested and waited.

After several days with no update, I contacted customer support. Despite being told previously that my documents would be processed within 24 hours, nothing happened. When I raised this with support and provided evidence of what I had been told, I felt dismissed rather than helped.

Fifteen days later, I attempted to log in to my account and discovered it had been blocked. When I contacted support again, I was informed that my account had allegedly violated terms and conditions. No clear explanation or evidence was provided, and the chat was ended before I had the opportunity to fully discuss the matter.

My main issue is not just the £700 that remains unpaid, but the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process. Customers deserve clear explanations, timely responses, and respectful treatment when legitimate concerns are raised.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to proceed with caution.

The site is ok. I did win and withdrew but never deposit from Applepay because it’s hard if you win to go back into your bank. I contacted support nearly 3 weeks ago and still no reply.
Customer service is non existent.

Hi my account has been put into a cooling off time and I have sent all I'd to them it's so had to get in touch with them and they have stopped me taking my money out because account on a cooling off time but no one to say how long for it's been a week now .

Uploaded all required id, now they want more plus id for my partner who’s card I used. This is so frustrating, they clearly just don’t want to pay out. I just started this bs game! It gives you milestones to be able to cash out 300, 1000 on up goes directly to PayPal or Cash App it states! I got up to 1,500 points went to cash out then it says processing but in small print says my PayPal acct shows discrepancies? I’d have to play another 1000 points and a million stupid ads again. Then get this at the bottom of the rewards page u can’t even press the button to process your withdrawal? It just below the screen!
