Been on the recurring plan for over a…
Been on the recurring plan for over a year now and it’s brilliant. I’ll be honest.
At first I was a bit nervous the quality wouldn’t match the ones that come with the machine, but I’ve had absolutely no problems at all. Great product, easy process, always delivered on time, and the notifications keep you in the loop. Haven’t tried the machine yet but that’s probably my next step. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service & hidden fees
After extending out my subscription as I had a full bottle & a half yet to use via the WhatsApp service, the AI bot transferred me to an agent. The agent sent me an incredibly passive aggressive message quoting the date I took out the rental - used monkey emojis to try to make some sort of point that I don’t get what the service is….they went on to tell me I had to pay a additional fee to keep the product o have yet to use for a longer period. It was my first experience ordering so I may have over estimated what I needed. However I cannot believe this is the way in which this company speaks to its customers. It’s so unprofessional. Would not recommend.

We always try to make our terms as clear as possible for every customer, and the kind words we receive in so many of our 5★ reviews tell us we usually get it right — but we don't always, and where we fall short I want to be the first to apologise.
