I’ve been a part of the Professional Success Club since December 2024, and I’ve learned many valuable lessons from Coachapm.

In the beginning, I was just observing others and constantly comparing myself. Before speaking, I used to think, “Should I speak or not? My English is not perfect. Maybe I’ll skip today and speak tomorrow in the scrum or in some other session.”
But slowly, those doubts and fears started disappearing from within me.

Initially, my mindset was simply to learn English and communication skills from the Coach. However, after a few months — especially after joining the Diamond Group — I started noticing deep changes in myself:

My behavior,
My attitude,
My way of thinking, and
The way I talk and express myself.

The truth is, these changes don’t happen immediately. You may not notice them in the beginning — but after a few weeks or months, your behavior will naturally reflect your transformation.

Recently, while preparing for a presentation, I was thinking about what to speak, how to speak, and how to present myself. So, I decided to write it down. Initially, it took me a lot of time to write just two lines. But after that, I easily wrote more than ten sentences.

That moment made me realize something powerful —
Slowly, I’ve stopped comparing myself. I’ve stopped judging myself. Now my mindset is simply to stay in the flow.

Professional success club bangalore connect event happened yesterday on 12 Oct 2025. It truly gave me ideas and direction where and how should I look forward for my upcoming goal setting by mean of showing up.
The topics covered by coach APM specially mental toughness is bulb on moment for me.I will definitely going to implement these as one of my a action plan.
Also the Pranahiling session by Shashi sir was truly helped a lot to strengthen the mental toughness.I will definitely going to implement in my day-to-day activity,so that I will able to handle any situation with proactive mind.

I’ve been attending PSC since July 2024, and the transformation journey has been nothing short of amazing. Under the mentorship of Ajay Prakash Mishra, I’ve gained tremendous clarity in my thoughts, learned to redefine my intentions in every action, and built the confidence to lead with purpose.

Professionally, I work at Genpact as an Assistant Vice President. Over this period, I’ve transformed from being an individual contributor to managing a team of 50 people across 10 accounts. And very soon, I’ll be stepping into a larger leadership role, managing close to 100 people. I feel fully prepared for this next chapter and confident that I will shine again — because the foundation has been built through PSC.
