I wasn't able to get any custom service no phone number to contact support as well they team keep give me the run around when it comes to give me full refund on my money did not get what was promised n not support me in any way after trying contact there team multiple times I just want get refund my $3,500 keep on trying get some help but nobody cares to fix the issue or problem I'm goto report to Cfpb and the bbb about getting scammed out of my money

I joined Coach Inayah’s short‑term rental coaching program to get help with business funding, and I’m genuinely glad I did. Using their funding tool and guidance, I was able to secure $47,000 in business credit, and I now have active business accounts with both Chase and Wells Fargo.

The team helped me understand credit utilization in a way I never had before. Their application guides, preparation steps, and coaching sessions—both recorded and live—were extremely valuable. They were always responsive, positive, and supportive throughout the entire process.

Could I have done this on my own? Honestly, probably not. I don’t have a partner or anyone to talk through business decisions with, so having a team that actually engages with you and encourages you makes a huge difference.

I’m happy with the funding results, I learned a lot, and I’m looking forward to the next steps of securing properties. I definitely found value in this coaching program.

Title: $10,000 Gone — Broken Promises, Zero Delivery, Owner Stopped Answering My Calls

I paid $10,000 to I&B Coaching (also known as Stayly, now rebranded as Coach Inayah, run by 2 siblings ) for a “Turnkey Airbnb” done-for-you program. The signed contract explicitly promises Business Funding Assistance and the full setup of 2 Airbnb properties — securing a unit, designing, listing, and automating everything. That is what I paid for. That is what was never delivered.

Not a single property has been set up. Not one. Month + later and I have absolutely nothing to show for $10,000 except broken promises and frustration.

When I followed up on the promised funding — which is a core part of what they sell — I was told by their team that they no longer have relationships with banks. Let that sink in. They sold me a funded, done-for-you business and then admitted they cannot get the funding. Instead of being honest about this upfront, they took my money and then revealed they could not deliver. I was then told to “feel free to use AI to fill out the application forms myself.” I did not pay $10,000 to be pointed to a free AI tool and left to figure it out alone. That is insulting.

The communication is a complete joke. There is a Slack group with too many people and zero real human interaction. You get generic, copy-paste responses that address nothing. No one takes ownership. No one follows through. It feels like a customer service black hole designed to run out the clock on you.

When I raised concerns about the total lack of progress and asked to simply scale back from 2 properties to 1 — a completely reasonable request given the terrible service — they refused. They would not even meet me halfway. The owner, who was very available before I paid, stopped picking up my calls the moment I started asking for accountability. Suddenly unreachable. Suddenly too busy. That tells you everything you need to know about how much they actually care about their clients once they have your money.

I asked for a partial refund — half of what I paid — given everything that went wrong. Refused without hesitation.

This company has rebranded multiple times — from I&B Coaching to Stayly to now Coach Inayah — and it is not a coincidence. They change names to bury the bad reviews and make it harder for victims to connect the dots. It is reputation laundering, plain and simple. Search every single name before you consider giving them a dollar: I&B Coaching, Stayly, Coach Inayah, Inayah McMillan, Bryson Blocker. The story is the same across all of them.

If you are reading this before paying them — please save yourself. This is not a legitimate done-for-you business. It is a program that takes your money, delivers nothing of real value, hides behind a no-refund policy, and disappears when you need them most. Do not make the same mistakes

I think that the team did a great job at being with me throughout the whole way. Anything i was curious about, anything i needed help on, they were there and answered in a really timely matter. It took me longer than expected to be able to get into my first property however the way they have the program set up is that you work at your own pace.

Overall well detailed. The team took me through each step of the way so far and taught me how to set up a good business foundation. I learned that it's best for your credit age to atleast be 3 years to get proper business funding.

Within Slack (the app that Coach Inayah uses) there is a personal chat with you and 15 other members. Everyone on the team is helpful and willing to respond to your questions or doubts you may have. The steps I took until now was to get the LLC, then credit a business account and then apply for a credit card. It does seem like a lot of steps but Coach Inayah's Team helps you every step of the way.

They have been so resourceful and insightful through out the whole process, I will say everything takes patience! But I’m a grateful for the turnkey program
