The surveyor was excellent and went through all the steps of my installation carefully and in detail.
On the the day of installation the team worked relentlessly to complete the job on time and efficiently. There was a lot of mess but I didn't see any of it as it was bagged and taken away on the same say.
The second part of the installation was just as smooth and was completed on time and to an very high standard. Very friendly and efficient team.
I did have a minor issue with an internal TV ariel which was damaged in the process but the surveyor and HQ team was extremely helpful in resolving the issue to a satisfactory conclusion.
All in all, I would highly recommend the company.

The two Polish lads that did the work were fantastic. They worked for 7 straight hours until the job was finished, cleaned up after themselves and took away the old insulation. I was very impressed with them and the job they did!

The surveyor, Stuart, was very informative, explained everything so I could form an opinion on the work being proposed. The installers were polite, and got on with the job. The loft was left quite tidy

I received a call about loft insulation out of the blue, which is always a red flag, but since I'd been struggling to even get a quote for insulation I agreed to a site survey.
Survey went well, no pressure sales, they found the exact same needs and problems as an independent chartered surveyor we had look the loft over the year before. With only a slight difference in insulation material, which was clearly explained.
It was arranged for the work to be carried out two days later (again a bit of a red flag, but it was explained that as a national company, if they have fitters in the area with free time, that is when they will cold call to fill in the time).
The fitters, two brothers, came nice and early got straight to work. Within about 10 minutes of spraying on a wood wash (to help remove excess moisture from the wood and kill any mould spores that had been spotted) the "damp loft" smell that could be smelt any time the loft hatch was opened, vanished completely.
Can't fault the service at all, it took about 4 hours from start to finish, no mess at all and they even tidied up the old fibre glass insulation that had been pulled about by previous trades people.
So far, the insulation has made a big difference, the house is much warmer, with far less noticeable air currents from the temperature differences. Even the loft feels the same temperature as the rest of the house.
A few days after fitting I received a information pack with the invoice, details on the materials, the certificates and warranties on both the material and workmanship. A week later a follow up telephone call to make sure I was happy with everything and to check that all the documentation had been received.
More than happy with the work and the communication from the company. So far, I'd certainly recommend them.

The installers were polite and efficient and tidy. Bring elderly I will of course be reliant on the surveyor who will go into the loft to check the work in due time.

Gordon Hill inspected our loft and said we were losing a lot of heat so he suggested insulating the loft. He took various readings etc and explained in great detail what the work would involve and the cost.
He also had a look at our wall where the plaster had cracked and said they could also renew the plaster and paint the wall and as well remove the moss from the roof and spray a protective coating which would protect the roof.
He was very thorough and professional and spent several hours at our house going through each stage of the process etc.
The guys turned up a few days later to repair the wall, replaster it and gave it two coats of paint, they worked all day and got the job done and cleared up after them.
A couple of days later Colin and his son arrived to clean the roof and apply a protective seal and check that the wall etc and again they were both very professional and personable, finished the job and cleared up at the end.
I would highly recommend Coastal Prime to anybody needing similar work done, everybody I dealt with was very personable and professional.

The 3-man (expanded to 4 on the final day) team worked hard and completed the job within the timeframe originally estimated. Although only 1 team member spoke fluent English, communication was not a problem. Before starting the job, they managed to clear the loft space with little assistance from me and, on completing the job, they tidied up very well. Coastal Prime provided good information about the project both before the job and after its completion. Subject to a post-completion inspection of the work done (due within 6 months), I would recommend this firm.

Spray foam removal and new insulation fitted. The workmen were polite, professional and left my house as tidy as they found it

The whole process was explained in detail from start to finish, Sam the surveyor was due at 3pm and appeared at 3pm to the dot, the team that removed our foam were very friendly and professional, and spent a long time vacuuming leaving the house in perfect order.
Laura in the office was very helpful and helped make the whole process a stress free experience. Would highly recommend

Excellent service the three lads that turned up were a very good team they worked well together. They made sure the house was all tidy before they left. Would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. I think it was well worth the money to get rid of the spray foam.

Removal of foam professionally done but if you can do it yourself even with the discount very expensive and the same punchline this offer only lasts to the end of the week so it puts you on the spot

I found Coastal Prime to be very professional in their dealings with me. They were courteous, polite, efficient and did everything by the book.
Their staff worked very hard, were super tidy, even picking up insulation from the garden.
There were a few difficulties with the installation, due to the configuration of my loft, but they solved the problem and adapted.
I have all the paperwork with proof of what has been done, to all regulations and standards. No money was requested until I was absolutely satisfied with the job. They will come out again in 6 months to check that everything is still perfect.
I felt I was in very safe hands.
