Probably the worst company I have ever tried to buy anything from. They do not reply to. email . phone number is usually unavailable. They will take your. Money and don't deliver the goods. I may as well have thrown the money in the fire. I ordered a Dyson V11 priced at £229 with me being a pensioner looked a bargain it was ordered from a company called Rosgrove but my receipt was from a company called Vntura. Just started using Cobiro. The support is very helpful with setting everything up and they have a huge knowledge base with all instructions how to resolve issues.

Maria from support is always extremely helpful with assisting in cases where access is lost due to CSS switch, but also with issues found in the account from Cobiro.
Payments and subscriptions are very easy to understand, if you read the terms.
The interface of Cobiro is also very easy to navigate.

Unfortunately, the response time has been quite slow, and when I did receive a reply, the solutions provided did not adequately address the problems I was facing. I'm reading the other reviews here but cannot relate. I personally have a good experience each time I ask for help. Yes, the platform can always be better technically but they now only focus on Google Shopping and CSS so I think they improved on many fronts. It's also easy to create a MC or transfer your own. It's not true that you cannot extract your MC again, if you know anything about advertising on Google then you know the GMC belongs to you and Google in the end. For me at least Cobiro is simple to use and the cost is still reasonable so I can recommend it.

After expiration of service i had no acces to MY google merchant center. not worth spending time with cobiro.

Paid for one year, but we cant use this service. They took 12x15 USD and made our account a free account because we said we wanted to close it. You cant use it with existing Google ads accounts so it's useless.

Had a bad and terrible experience with this platform. One word of advise screenshot everything you do on there, beware of declined payments and request a receipt. There $15 account fee is non-refundable even if you can't use their service. Customer service = terrible = inhuman = only driven by company policy irrespective of the situation
