I have sent many emails and never got a reply. My order number is CS34082197 and I paid $86.95 for the Harmony | Women's Oversized Sherpa Coat, which is terrible quality, doesn’t have a tag or label with it and looks like a very cheap coat. Yes, please, fix the problem. Thank you!
Do not buy from this company. My oversized coat is worst quality then any shop I have ever bought from. They are very unorganised, seemed nice even needed some info from me, and then do not reply to my emails. Item quality is 0 and the same goes for customer service. Do not buy from them, you will regret it.

Great online shopping experience
I haven’t received my coat yet but the ordering process was easy with a great array in my size.
The styles were more unique than other stores which is a plus when you want to look elegant and stylish in the older age bracket.
