verschrikkelijke service. KOOP GEWOON LOKAAL!
Espresso machine defect na 5 dagen, een heel gedoe om hier iets mee te kunnen doen. filmpje gestuurd, moet de machine opgestuurd worden,
komt het bedrijf met een wurgcontract dat ik als klant volledig verantwoordelijkheid draag voor de terug zending. dus raakt het pakket kwijt/stuk ben je 1300euro kwijt. daarnaast neemt het 3 of meer weken in beslag voor onderzoek. en mocht het bedrijf achten dat het probleem bij de gebruiker ligt mag je de volledige verzendkosten vergoeden

The general service provided was excellent. Salesperson (John) offered various solutions to my shipping issues, responded to communications quickly, was polite and very helpful.
The shipment was also received, well packaged, and the products themselves were precisely what i was hoping for.
