It took ages to come but this dress was well worth the wait!I am size 16 but chose a size 12/14 and was right to do so because instead of too much loose material it was a really good fit and l look great!

Delivered to my hand driver very sociable.

Mistakenly ordered 2 when only one was required but my order was very quickly rectified & refund given
Item did take quite long time but updates were sent every step of the journey

Order update and delivery progress was informative. Order was delivered to the correct address within the timescales stated. The delivery man was polite , with a smile and was polite.

It didn't take to long to arrive. Glad that there was less packaging, and very easy to use.

The item I ordered arrived safely and in reasonable time.

The whole process from placing the order to product receipt was very good .
The delivery service was excellent via Royal Mail .
The product was well presented . Tried it for the first time today . The integral ‘roller - ball ‘ makes the product much easier to apply . Too soon to comment on the effectiveness of the product ‘Castor oil’ .

The order tracking was next to useless. I received the package the day after tracking told me it had just arrived at US customs!
Nevertheless, the items were as advertised. They seem well made and perform as expected. It is too early to say whether the elasticated material is durable, but I am happy with my purchase so far.

Scam company. Saying item delivered last tracking USA. I live in Ireland.

This company ships from China.
I placed an order and a cheap (nowhere near similar) item was sent instead. Looking at the cost of the sent items online the sent item was worth less than 1/10 the cost of the item ordered.
A 'full refund' was offered if I sent the item to a chinese address via tracked mail. This would cost more than the item was. They also offered a very small [less than 1/4 the original cost] refund if I didn't want to send the item back.
SCAM

This is a SCAM WEBSITE, do not order from here unless you want your bank account information sold/shared to scammers. £820 spent on the bank account since the order was placed.

My order was not received - I tried to contact customer service and they just keep telling me to check with the sorting office, which I have done. They will not replace or refund. A month and no goods. They simply keep saying their tracking shows as delivered so they won't look into it further. Awful customer service and I am now out of pocket. I will be taking this further, but wanted to review now because I wouldn't like other customers to be in this situation, especially close to Christmas when people are spending their hard earned money on gifts etc.
This company should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook as though they are genuine.

I received my goods after 31 days- two bras purchased that were both meant to be a size 34ff and what I received was two bits of material resembling bras, One at best an A cup and the other at best a C, wonky, misshapen.

No customer service, no way of returning and no refund and I am having trouble getting a charge back from my CC company.

I also thought I was agreeing to pay £19.99 total with free delivery but I was actually charged VAT on top so ended up unknowingly paying nearly £25

SCAM

I have never recieved my items, no one is replying to me other than to say they have been sent out.. I have asked for a refund , no reply ! Must be a scam company !

Absolute disgrace of a company! Ordered a bandeau bra which looked amazing on the promo videos. Received the bra which is tagged as 36G however, this must have been made for a Borrower as it would fit a doll!!!!!! Tried to get a refund and was offered £4 compensation which is an absolute insult! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

The bras looked good I fell for it ordered and was charged VAT by the time the order was confirmed to PayPal no mention of VAT being added after and I doubt they are even registered.

Have ordered the bandeau bra today, keep an eye on your basket before you pay as it added extra items without permission that I had to remove before I paid.
Will come back and review shipping and item when it arrives
