Voucher
I have a $100 voucher, and I noticed that recently it’s no longer possible to use the voucher to pay for a prepaid card. I’m forced to choose one of your options and spend it all in one place...
That’s really bad!

I haven't been able to claim my code because they restricted my IP address
7. Oktober 2026
Antwort von CoinGate Gift Cards
Hello, we're sorry you've had trouble claiming your code. Some gift card brands only let you redeem in the region the card was issued for, and they check your location or IP address when you redeem. These limits are set by the card brand, not by CoinGate. If you can't redeem the code where you are, please email support@coingate.gift with your order ID. Our team will look into it and go through the available options with you.
Kind regards,
