This is my second review, im STILL waiting on my referral bonus, and as of today he is finally showing up as my referred friend, BUT now for some mysterious reason my verification second step is under review after it had already been completed! I can't message customer service because a previous chat has already been started but not closed and I've been waiting a week for Anna to reply to me, so since that one is open I can't start another message or get ahold of anyone, this site screams scam, if this isn't fixed within the next 24 hours I'm reporting the site to the Game board and reporting it as fraud and a scam, im not playing with these guys anymore, and I will get any money I've deposited back trust and believe that!

What a joke. Spend 100s to win nothing. Plus they don’t tell you up front if you accept their coin back it makes you have to play through all of the balance more than usual if you win anything from said coin back. Not worth it at all. Their RTP is questionable as well. What a waste of a large amount of money, I’m glad I didn’t pump in over 10 grand right away.

Genuinely a very underrated websited . Firstly had great welcome deals , secondly i won a small grand on here within a few days of playing . It was a purchased bonus though, nice little win . I already posted on how they won’t give me the referral bonus after I referred a friend that used my link and verify his account and bought 15 in coins. And they want to keep telling us the same thing over and over again and the. Tell me to have him contact them from his account and when he does they tell him to have me contact on my account back and forth back and forth and they don’t answer messages like they say they do they take 4 or 5 days in between messaging then closes the messages before they even speck to u again so they don’t do crap to fix it look in to anything . This has been going on since may 8th or the 9th and they still not done anything

Bought the $9.99 for 30 SC pack, turned it into $450. Tried to verify my identity but get an error code (check your internet connection) multiple times when trying to upload my bank statement. Tried switching devices, switching to data, switching browsers, clearing cache, logging out then back in. Nothing worked. Contacted support and 7 hours later they responded. they gave me a link to upload the statement... the link took me back to the same page where I was getting the error code. Contacted support again, they have not responded for 2 days. Im pretty sure this site is just a scam. Do not play on here. They pay people on Facebook to lie about how good their site is which you can tell by the generic "great reviews " the people are leaving. This is by far the worst site I have ever played on and I have played on many.
