I signed up for this account a couple of days ago and they decided they wouldn't take my verification and then locked me out of my account there is no way to get a hold of them other than through their app and no email will send to them of course I have money on my account that I can no longer access this is beyond frustrating every email they send you is a no reply so you cannot reply and their site is a joke to try to get customer help

This place is exactly why they're trying to shut sweepstakes down in my state made a deposit one money enough for a withdrawal went to log in and do my withdrawal and they've got some verification code that's required there with my phone number and I enter and nothing happens I don't get a code so there's no way I can get back into my account again and I've tried to tell them that's a hundred times and they keep telling me oh well send us a screenshot of the error there is no error to screenshot it just doesn't do anything so and then they ask me what's the email the same email address I've been emailing you to for the last 20 messages I mean they do everything they can to not pay you so I advise everybody do not deposit a dime here and even if you get a little bit of money and their bonuses or whatever don't even bother because it's just going to be a nightmare these people need to be shut down. This place is a joke! They are owned by golden hearts casino and I guess opened up this place. They send you a ticket number yet never follow up on that ticket. My account was opened unauthorized by myself and they won’t work with me at all. No responses , no online chat. Nothing . Save yourself!!!!!!!

Got $300. Referred my boyfriend. Got "temporary suspended" except it's permanent because they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO LIVE SUPPORT. NO EMAIL RESPONSE, NO FORM RESPONSE. I used the same billing address and my Google auto fill used my debit card for his on accident and I got banned. Absolutely ridiculous. If they could at least fn respond but no they can't they just steal money, fix it or keep this review up.

I think this is a good casino. I played on it for a few days. Now when I click "Login" I am taken to a screen to create an account.

There's something wrong with that button.
ALSO. It's in the wrong place! It should be on the top right next to the "sign up" option.
Instead there is a "Play Now" option that just takes you to sign up.

In short, the user interface on the home screen is broken and confusing.

Easy sign up and verification, fast website, and a good variety of games. The starting bonus was also better than most similar sites I’ve tried.

CoinWizard is a GoldenHearts clone. I love GoldenHearts so I assumed that I'd love Coinwizard…I was sadly mistaken. I received the 2.50SC sign-up bonus and the .20SC daily. I then purchased the 25SC for $10 welcome offer. I got a pop-up saying I could purchase the welcome offer againr, I did so that netted me 52.70SC. With that 52.70 I did all 20-cent spins. Across multiple games I got 2 bonuses. One bonus was for $8, bit it cost me $12 to trigger it and I can T remember exactly how much the other bonus was but it was minuscule, under $5. That dollar amount, if I won 0 would equate to around 263 spins but in all actuality it was many more. I play at dozens of casinos and it's extremely rare to experience the amount of dead spins and lack of bonuses that I experienced at CoinWizard. Maybe I just had a bad seed, but it still seems a bit excessive. I didn't even have time to enjoy playing, just instantly rinsed. This is just my anecdotal experience. They have an attractive welcome bonus so feel free to give them a try, don't just take my word for it, but they definitely won't get another $1 from me.

UPDATE: So I’ve played here a few times now, and played well over 100sc on .2-.5 sc spins. Got 1 bonus that paid .5X my bet in total. REALLY bad site. Stay far away, I promise you’ll regret it if you play here.
