A very helpful and concise conversation without unnecessary sales promoting.

It all went so smoothly from the time I applied and paid for two funerals, the funeral details and credit type cards arrived quickly and full details given on how to use when the time arrives, doing this has given me and my wife peace of mind knowing that our children haven’t got to worry about sorting our funerals out when they will be upset at their loss!
Fully recommend this cremation plan as it’s of good value and so easy to purchase 🫶🏼

I read through a lot of the pre paid cremations and this was the one that answered all my questions with no need to go looking for them. Process was straight forward and easy.

Having done my research on direct cremation companies I spoke to family members about my findings and it was agreed that Celebration of Life was our preferred choice. After speaking with a couple of members of the team over the phone while my sister was in the hospice our minds were put at rest that everything would run smoothly, and with the utmost dignity once Susan had passed away. The whole process was easy and compassionate and when Susan's ashes were hand delivered to the family home she couldn't have been in better hands. The lady who's name I forget (emotional time) was absolutely lovely, caring and a joy to meet. She made me feel that she had all the time in the world to answer my questions and I only wish now that I had offered her a cup of tea! The whole family are very impressed with the service we received from COL and we cannot recommend them enough - it was so much better than attending a cremation service at our local crematorium. Susan was adamant that she did not want a traditional funeral service and wake so we have organised a celebration of life party for family and friends to share fond and happy memories of Susan at a later date when we have had the time to heal from the sadness of witnessing her suffering from the cruel disease cancer is.

Informative brochure, easy to digest. I called to buy my plan, I spoke to a lady who didn’t pressure me into buying, gave me all the information which was easy to understand again no pressure. When I decided to buy my plan she had problems with her system and immediately transferred me to a gentleman who took my payment and everything was done within 20 minutes, no press this button then this button. I received my paperwork within less than a week.

Purchasing my direct cremation was an easy experience. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Made a telephone call, friendly and well informed staff, a simple process. Documents arrived, impressed with the process, happy days (well, as happy as one can be organising one's own funeral :))

The hassle free brochure was very informative with no pressured phone calls. We compared with the other leading services, one of which phoned up without being asked!!! After reading all information we decided on Celebration of Life, which came through by post quickly and good value.

We were so impressed with the service. After an initial enquiry and being sent relevant full information we were not pestered via phone calls or emails. We were given all the time we needed to make informed decision (in our case a few weeks) and I did everything over the phone. Talking to an actual person these days is a luxury. Everything was so easy and respectful and it’s feels so lovely to be able to relax and know everything is taken care of. My children were sent full details in a lovely presentation pack and have to just make a phone call in the event of our deaths.Meaning we can relax and enjoy life. Thankyou

After deciding we didn’t want a traditional funeral I decided to research online and this company really impressed me. Some companies went for a hard sell which put me off but Celebration of Life weren’t pushy they took time to explain everything and make sure they understood our needs. I’m very grateful for their help and now we have everything in place as we wished.
