AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

There is zero respect from the owner, he has ghosted me multiple times from the calls. And when he promised to pay me commissions (around 1,3k) he decided to ignore me until today.

It is very shady company and there are way better and cheaper services at Zapmail and Snov for isntance.

Avoid at all cost.

An extremely shady company that will sign you up to multiple annual charges without being clear about it. Very unhelpful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

ColdSire has failed to pay out earned referral commissions and has been completely unresponsive throughout the process.

Their own Rewardful dashboard shows $1,278+ USD in earned commissions, with $1,082+ marked as due. Despite multiple support tickets, follow-up emails, and direct outreach, there has been no payout, no explanation, and no timeline provided.

Rewardful has confirmed that ColdSire is fully responsible for referral payouts, so this is not a platform issue — it’s a ColdSire issue. I’ve also attempted to reach Imad directly, without success. Support is effectively non-existent once money is involved.

This is especially problematic given that I promoted ColdSire extensively to hundreds of members in my Skool community and thousands of YouTube subscribers. All promotions are now paused until this is resolved.

Until ColdSire proves they can handle payouts and support professionally, I cannot recommend them to anyone considering their referral program.

The UI looks nice but nothing is actually functional from the dashboard. You can't really change any configuration from the dashboard so you need to contact via chat -- and the best part is that it takes at least 48 hours to receive a reply from anyone. I would consider a built-in solution from other email sender platforms like Smartlead. Do not recommend

Before coming across ColdSire, trying to navigate multiple different platforms just to simply get an email campaign going was long-winded to say the least. The way that ColdSire allows you to not only buy and host your domains there but also set custom emails up all in one place was an absolute game changer. So efficient, time saving and reliable. They also have this super unique function that sends Gmail to Gmail, Outlook to Outlook etc to increase deliverability rates which I didn't even realise was a thing! Would highly recommend.

At Netspore we believe getting the data right is the best predictor of success when it comes to lead generation. ColdSire helps us focus our attention on where we feel it’s most necessary, easily saving multiple days of manual work setting up email infrastructure when onboarding a new client. We haven’t had any issues with the inboxes yet. I’d even argue that having an automated solution for this is better than doing it yourself, because humans are prone to errors when it comes to repetitive manual data entry. Remember, it’s always worth it to outsource tasks someone else does better than you!
