The moderator was knowledgeable and challenged sufficiently to get the detail she wanted. I found the conversation stimulating, even for me.

Room for improvement would be a longer lead time to send a meeting request (I got it less than 20 mins before the call was due) in order to allow time to get prepared.

I think the pre screening questions in online survey are used at their advantage and they resell informations, 'cause the screening questions are really too much and very very detailed. So when they kick out after ten minutes of questions, they got value and you got zero.
