Professional. Easy to set up. Easy to invoice.

My note to Coleman:

How disappointing. Please remove me from all future communications with Coleman. My concern is not about the small dollar token for my time, it’s about the integrity of the client’s decision and Coleman’s role in supporting it.

I provided honest, thoughtful responses. If I didn’t qualify for the survey, I should have been screened out at the start. Claiming nonpayment simply because my input didn’t match expectations of your client is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, Coleman kept saying payment would come within 2 weeks until we hit the 4 week mark and they denied paying me.

Please don't waste your time. There are other reputable companies that work with reputable clients. Spend the time with your children or grandchildren.

I am also considering filing a complaint with the BBB, as this reflects poorly on Coleman’s business ethics.

Again, this is not about the dollar amount, it is about business ethics.

Honestly, they may be good for consulting gigs, but horrible with surveys. You complete the survey for 15 min, and then they say: quota full, collecting data and not paying. They also did not pay me for a full questionnaire that I completed, saying it was a duplicate. I just unsubscribed. There are more reliable companies like GLG or Alphasights out there; I have never had any issues with them.

I was impressed by how much this company wanted to learn about decisions related to sustainability.

My experience from initial contact to close of the consulting session was flawlessly professional. I highly recommend this firm and hope to work with them again.

Knowledge pre asked with deep questions called vetting ones, like sixteen vetting questions, and then you are out from the survey. They got my replies and I get nothing. I call it SCAM

Dislike: I had prepared quite extensively for the scheduled 60-minute call, especially since the range of topics was very broad and involved a great deal of detail. My goal was to provide the client with a comprehensive and well-structured overview. A little over an hour before the meeting, the invitation was revised to a 30-minute call. While I understand that scheduling adjustments can sometimes be necessary, the short-notice change was somewhat challenging, as I had invested significant time in preparation and had reserved the full timeslot accordingly.

The meeting was very well coordinated by Coleman. I received the Outlook invite for the Zoom meeting well ahead of the meeting time and reminders. Included with the invite was a recap of the questionnaire making creating presentation notes much simpler. I logged in about 5 minutes early and the client was right on time. The conversation flowed well and ended on time, all of the client's questions addressed.
