Horrible expierence - worst renting company ever
I stayed in one of Colive's apartments in Madrid from January to May, and I was very hopeful because everyone was very helpful and everything happened fast. But as I entered the apartment it looked different then online. The apartment doesn't get cleaned thoroughly, I mean yes a cleaning lady comes now and then (you pay for the cleaning lady to come every week but sometimes she doesn't even come) but she only cleans the apartment with a broom, not even a vacuum. Nothing gets really cleaned so I felt very dirty living there knowing nothing was clean. The bathroom was full of stuff previous tenants left, also the corridor was filled with stuff from previous tenants. We had to take matters in our own hands to throw away DIRTY underwear from a previous tenant. There was mold in the shower, ants and spiders in the rooms (and yes I vacuumed and cleaned my room), ... The worst part is that I haven't even received my security deposit back and I left in May. They forced me to pay one more month even though I communicated that I would leave in May instead of June. I keep messaging them about my security deposit and that I want it back but they keep ignoring my messages, I sent them on whatsapp, e-mail, ... but no response. RUN AWAY WHEN YOU SEE AN ADVERTISED ROOM FROM THIS COMPANY!
