I’m blown away by the affordability and customer service!! I signed up and during my 21 day free trial period I discovered they offer a compassionate discount for people who are having a hard time paying the membership fee. So I sent in a message and they messaged me back listening fast with an offer. I’m so grateful for what this company is building!!

Wonderful experience thus far!! Easy from completing the intake up to the medication being delivered, and everything in between! Fast Customer Service response also! Highly recommend!!

Collective has been a God Send! I know GLP medication can change the lives of many, however due to the cost, the medication was unattainable. Collective makes it affordable. The customer service is TOP TIER! I look forward to meeting all my health goals with Collective!

My Tirz arrived today. It was well packaged, ice packs were partially melted (NBD for 2 day delivery), but everything was nice a cold. I will most assuredly be recommending this company to anyone who asks what telehealth company to use.

Collective.org, what can I say? Where do I begin? This company has been unbelievably fabulous since I first started dealing with them on Tuesday of this week. After absolutely horrible experiences with my last two telehealth companies I was leery of trying another company, but I am so happy I did. ( See my other reviews to read about the companies I had the trouble with.) I'm so happy I didn't wait to use collective.org. I signed up on Tuesday, messaged back and forth with an actual md, who approved me to titrate up from my current dose. The medication instructions were super clear and offered not just the normal instructions to take a shot once a week, it was suggested if I got nauseous by taking one shot that I break the shots up into two and do one shot on day one and one shot on day four. Honestly I'll probably just take the one shot lol, but it was nice to have a doctor who offered enough clarity and an alternative method. My couple of questions that I sent to customer care were answered promptly, and by a real person with a great back and forth flow of dialogue between us. I ordered on Tuesday, my medication shipped two days o Wednesday and will be here today. I'll update this review with how it arrived from shipping, as well as how good I feel it's working once I give myself the shot. If I hadn't ordered from this company, my current company would have forced me to go off of my schedule as it's been almost 2 weeks since my prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I still have no tracking number from them. I wish I could give this company more than five stars

Collective is the real deal. I have been extremely impressed with their entire process. They say what they mean and mean what they say. In an age where customer service is almost non existent, their customer service rocks. I needed my second refill early due to a vacation and three different people assisted. You will not be sorry.

Excellent company that was started by the same person that created thrivemarket.com. What I love about collective.org is how transparent they are, how easy it is to pause or stop shipments, excellent customer service, knowledgeable providers who help you with the right medication and can add muscle protection to your formula. Overall, they have the best pricing on the market and offer excellent shipping/ tracking of your medication. Bonus: They host regularly scheduled live online Q&A sessions where you can join dieticians, nurses and experts in the fields that help you succeed in your health goals.

I love collective. I signed up and the process was very fast. They put a lot of effort into packaging! Those small things matter in a world of many telahealth options. I've taken 6 doses and can say with out a doubt this is the best telahealth to get your medication from. Customer service is always available in the portal and they respond within 24 hours. Excellent company.

I have talked with customer service from this company a few times since the beginning of September. So far the experience has been great, and all my questions were graciously answered.

I am currently purchasing tirzepatide, along with my husband and daughter, from another highly rated online provider. We will be switching to Collective.org in October when it’s time to refill our meds.

The experience with Collective has already been far above what we have experienced with our current provider, which is run mostly by online bots and very little human experience from the provider.

Collective even invited us to join a webinar a few days ago, which included information being discussed by a registered dietician and also, Gunnar Lovelace, one of the founders of Collective and who is also a founder of Thrive Market speaking several times about the business model and all of the good things to come with their new endeavor.

I am known for being a good judge of character, and this company seems top notch with what they have accomplished so far and what they have planned going forward.

I’m super glad I found Collective because I tried another online provider and it gave me an energy that I can only describe as what would happen if a sweatshop and a VC bro had a baby. Anyway I trusted Collective immediately when I saw their founder is the same founder as Thrive Market, which is a company that I’ve used from time to time over the years. I know they have really high standards about food quality and safe ingredients. When I got my Collective order, it was a really similar customer experience to Thrive with fast shipping, helpful communication, and kinda fun packaging/UX. :) It’s evident that these folks are in it for the right reasons, and they’re offering the best price in the game right now.

Communication was very quick and effective. The process from start to finish was also a fast and easy procedure. Shipping was very quick as I received everything very shortly after finishing signing up. 5/5!

Excellent Experience with Collective.org

I’ve been using Collective.org for my tirzepatide, and I’ve been extremely happy with my experience. Their online portal is very user-friendly and makes the entire process simple and convenient. Their pricing is also excellent and, compared with other providers I’ve looked into, very reasonable.

What really stands out, though, is their customer service. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with.

I was a little uncomfortable starting the process with a GLP1 but I had so many questions answered before I started a couple of weeks ago as well as during this process. My RX arrived ASAP as promised and I love all of the information and education provided to help me on this journey.

Everything was as described. They are adding new services that are included. This week we got to ask questions of a nutritionist and the CEO. Exciting to hear about other ways they will support us in our journey. Price does not go up with higher doses!

Everything I have experienced has been seamless. The application & approval process was easy & I was approved the following day. I received my medication within a few days. I was also impressed with the amount of information they have available for their clients, and how you have a team you can message any time you have a question or problem. This is definitely the way to go!

So far, it’s been the best Glp-1 provider I’ve had! I’ve tried 3 and none have compared! With them being there for questions and support, automatically explaining the process ahead of time to eliminate the questions and concerns, plus they’ve also offered live Q&A chats/education with a dietician—and they’ve said it will be a weekly thing for members. And the price alone is well below any of the others. I wish I would have discovered them when I was starting! They even give a few week grace period for the annual fee to help you make your decision/make it easier to separate it out from the med cost. And there are no hidden fees—love it! They are also VERY fast. I did the intake forms on Labor Day and was approved that day. I got the med within a few days that week and it came very well packaged. They may not give you options for a pharmacy—but if their medication works for you—you couldn’t get any better (It’s been working great for me btw)!
