Hadn't dealt with them before and was a bit concerned when dispatch seemed to be a bit delayed so I emailed to check on progress! I was rung soon after by Steve to say that it had in fact been dispatched and that there must be a delay in the system to confirm this and true to his word it arrived the next morning! He also rang when he'd received confirmation of delivery just to double check this was the case!
