I purchased contacts recently from this company, I waited the necessary 18 hours and soak them in solution in brand new contact containers, I wore them for an 8-hour shift after, when I came home both of my eyes were blood red, I I put eye drops in them and it felt like my eyes were cut open, I immediately went to the emergency room and they told me that I had corneal abrasions and a very very aggressive pink eye, I was giving medication I had to pay for a emergency room visit which is $300 and my cost of my prescriptions which were $60, I contacted their company over and over and they refused to refund my money, I also have to be off work for a week while I have this so I am going to never ever ever give them my business again and I don't trust them with my pay information either if you don't want to end up blind do not ever get contacts from this company. throw them out they are contaminated

I ordered green contact lenses, and they arrived fast. They fit perfectly. The price was affordable, and buy 3 for 3 free. I'm sure they will continue to be a part of my look.

Shipping was delayed, but the honey brown contacts are great.

I’ll order red contacts for Halloween did the express shipping for $12 did not receive no information on tracking order. Item has not been shipped out. There’s no way of contacting the company only by email. I have emailed the company. I’m just waiting to see if they respond, but I have a feeling that this company is not legit when you know you know don’t doubt yourself.

This was my 1st time purchasing colored contacts from this company. Of course I was a bit skeptical at first, but I went on and ordered them. I just received my contacts and tried them out. They are absolutely Stunning! They are everything I wanted and was looking for. They look VERY natural and they show through my dark brown eyes. 

The lenses was perfect. Love the color and all the great deals they have on a regular. I honestly recommend !!!!!

I would give a 0 if possible. They did not give a refund for something on their end even though the website says they can and will easily return and refund if it's their fault on the website. Don't believe them! The support then says they don't do that so they lie. The support is also very rude and will not even try to help fix a problem even if it's one that is caused by them. They forgot a huge direction about the dangers of wearing them in the package and I want my money back. I couldn't use them due to wrong directions or lack there of directions. It made my eye hurt and irritated. The "support" refuses to give me my money back and continues to blame me even though it's their fault. If it came with proper instructions I most likely wouldn't of had a problem with the contacts. Website and "support" are Liars, no help, takes no responsibility, rude and very unprofessional! I really wanted to be happy with the product I bought of course and to get help fixing the problem they started kindly. I'm very disappointed. I reccomend new customers looking elsewhere for your contacts

Terrible! Ordered a pair on 4/25/24 and paid an extra $10 for express shipping..it is now 4/30/24 and no contacts. I tried tracking the delivery and it's saying the same thing now as it said on 4/27 ( it's in Irving, Tx). There is no phone number to speak with a CSR to help you locate your package. This is the first and LAST time I'm ordering anything from this company. Horrible!

I love my colored lens. I don't need a prescription, I just wanted emerald green eyes to compliment my natural red hair and freckles. The delivery was surprisingly quick. They came in a box and inside the box was a bubble pack with lens in sterile solution. They bundle pricing, so I also got blue lens. I'm thinking about getting honey brown next.
