Ordered 4 items on the 27th of august......they sat in gainsville georgia waiting on amazon for way too long. The actual site for this company makes it a nightmare to actually write a review on their page of course! GRIMEY buis practices, that in previous orders werent there. Never had amazon waiting for my package there. It was always the USPS, but here we go.....getting ripped off by folks who really dont understand what customer service is! I'll find another company that does understand it and give them my money! This company is a chitshow wrapped in fancy packaging

I placed an order on May 30 for two shirts and a pair of shorts. What I received: two completely different shirts I didn’t order—and no shorts at all. I contacted customer service, and after some back and forth, they finally sent the correct shirts… but still no shorts.
They did charge me for everything, including the shorts I never received.
After weeks of emailing (and mostly being ignored), they finally responded—only to say they were sending the shorts I never wanted in the first place. I was originally planning to return them before even opening the package, but now they’re just arriving over a month late.
The customer service is incredibly slow and unhelpful, and the whole process has been a mess. I won’t be shopping with Combat Iron Apparel again. Ever.

Bullshit ass company. Been over two weeks and they still haven't processed my order. Everytime I email them they only respond to the first email and then leave it. Combat Iron buyer beware.
Experts in gaming its customers to not take returns. All Chinese crap, mis sized. They robbed me on 2 small t shirts saying they were Clearence because they were discounted a couple of dollars. Horrendous company. I will be burning these shirts live online. They know how to win credit card charge backs, they know how to win BBB fights, they know how to put small print on their terms, all deceptive.

Poor customer service
My criticism is only directed at customer service and not at the company in general. I sent two emails to customer service a few weeks apart asking whether delivery to Switzerland would be possible for a larger order amount. (The company does not deliver to Switzerland according to the terms and conditions). Unfortunately, neither email was answered. What a pity! The company has cool products that I would have liked to order. Maybe it will work out at some point...
