Pe partea de comenzi click and colect sau stricat rău,in loc de două patru ore cum era înainte și normal,acum durează două zile,cred că și la curier ajunge mai repede,deh suntem în Romanica

Farmacia Tei has good prices and promotions on Black Friday, but in the end, because of these delivery delays , it is NOT a partner for my health. They sure lost me as a client.

Dr.Max Pharmacy has comparable prices and incomparably better delivery services.

The employees handing out online orders was stressed (maybe he gets payed by orders made) was in a very big hurry and had a fake polite attitude almost sarcastic,

their whole setup for picking up online orders sucks, u have to call a number then u must read the order number (which is big) off your phone which you can't memorize in one go and you have to take your phone away from ear then comeback to the person

În 17.05 am cumparat un medicament Ragwizax cu suma de 650 lei.
Astazi 03.06.la 2 săptămâni distanta, același medicament este 1269 lei.
Extraordinar de mare scumpirea!

I cannot be more happy than I am now. I've ordered few times now products for personal care, like shampoo and shower gel. I must tell that everything is spotless. From the delivery time, to the way how everything has been packed and not to mention the quality of the products.

Great site that provides many varieties of products to choose from. Fast delivery too.
The only downsides that i noticed are that you can't really see the reviews on the products, the only thing you're able to see are the starts they gave but not what they actually said abouy that product, and the other downside is that you can only pay by card. Wish it was cash too but security matters. Overall, i recommend it! Most secure/good quality products!

It takes forever for an order to arrive. They don’t care to send it faster if you request it, when there is a very special situation. No care for their good clients. They lost me as their client. Customer support speak like a robot, no emotions.

Nu mai comandați online ca nu știți când expiră și vă treziți ca luați un produs pe care nu puteți să l folosiți în fiecare zi, dar totuși expiră în nici 3 luni de la achiziționare. Ei îți mai dau unul cadou ca să pară buni, dar ce să vezi nu l poți folosi ca abia trebuie să l consumi pe acela pe care ai dat tu banii. Unde mai pui ca îți bagă produse în plus și te trezești acasă cu ele și n ai cum să le mai returnezi ca de…/sunt pastile. Păcat…

Sunt la farmacia din plaza romania. Timpul mediu de servire cronometrat este de 3,5 min/ client, dar am avut si 5min. Am astepta 75 de minute ca sa ajung in fata unui farmacist.
Farmacia Tei este "pomul laudat". Nu merita sa vii aici. Pleci mai bolnav decat ai venit. De nervi.

Servicii excelente!! Comanda a fost efectuata sâmbăta seara iar luni la ora 10 aveam deja produsele. Mai bine ca Amazon...
Împachetare cu grijă, detalii care vorbesc despre respectul fata de clienți dar și fata de munca lor.

Penibil….vrei sa te uiti la recenzia unui client despre un anumit produs si apare optiune disponibila doar dupa logare, iar dupa ce ai intrat in cont mesajul este: optiune valabila doar pentru cumparatorii acestui produs. Recenziile sunt secrete, confidentiale? Nu inteleg de ce mai puneti optiunea de rating!

What do you use a pharmacy for? Medicine, whenever you're in need. NOT 10 DAYS LATER. I moved to a rural area for the winter with my family. I must mention that there isn't any pharmacy in the area. We started feeling like we're about to catch a cold, so I went online and ordered Vitamin C, which in my experience, about 2000mg/day helps prevent it, at least that works for us. Guess what? The package handling time is of up to 10 days (at least this time of the year - they say), but for me it's the second time they did not prepare the package for a crazy amount of time (today's a week since ordering, still not handled or shipped, tomorrow it's a national holiday, they announce they won't ship). I ordered supplements from them on a monthly basis, and they usually deliver on time, more or less. It's crazy how they change their policy on the go, especially when you ordered without checking because you trust them. And when you need it most, being a matter of time if you can or cannot prevent a cold. P.S. We're all in "quarantine" now, which could have been avoided. Thanks Farmaciatei.ro

They are well stocked and have very good prices, I usually order with pick up which is a lot easier. I also enjoy their monthly discounts which make the prices even better I read the comment that gave it one star and have to say it is immature and silly. They do not fast ship and the customer service has a normal response time, they do not change their service because you are in a hurry. If you are go to the store instead of ordering. Sometimes they are backed up because of too many orders, but they let you know the time frame before placing the order. I have ordered from them for at least 20 times and never a delay.
