Ordered two table lamp bases from Comet, arrived super quickly and were excellent value compared to other websites. Would definitely buy again from Comet.

After hours of trying to find an outside light that would work in my period home, I found the perfect one here. Easy to order from and with a tracked delivery it arrived promptly. My electrician didn’t come to fit it for a few weeks and upon opening it found that two of the glass panels were cracked. I contacted customer service who stated that their policy was to contact them within 24 hours of receipt and that it has been several weeks from arrival, but since the box had been completely intact and undamaged, I hadn’t thought to check it! However they then contacted the manufacturer who sent me a whole set of replacement glass panels without me having to buy them as spares. I’m very impressed with their customer service and am very grateful that I didn’t have to purchase the panels as spares! Thoroughly recommend and would buy from again (although next time I shall be checking the contents the minute it arrives)!
