Competitively priced and dispatched promptly. Also lights were well packaged.

Ordered a large brass chandelier after researching prices, Comet gave the best price. After not having a dispatch email after a week of ordering I became concerned, even more so after reading some negative reviews on here.
I got in touch with the online chat, (on a Saturday!) this was more or less instant, which was promising.
After voicing my concerns about lack of communication and whether my lamp would be faulty (as some reviews say) Olivia promised me my order would be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (today). I thanked Olivia, who thanked me for being patient and waited.
I also received an email yesterday informing me that the items had been dispatched and would definitely be delivered today.
My order was delivered today, by a very friendly fedex driver, boxes perfectly intact and my items perfectly packaged as to not cause any damage.
The chandelier is up and it’s absolutely perfect.
Please do not be put off by negative reviews on here, damage can happen in transit but Comets customer service is faultless.

I ordered a floor lamp on 27th February, but received five days later a ceiling lamp that bore no relation to what I had ordered or what was printed on the delivery note. It took another week before the incorrect item was collected and the correct one delivered - and even then, the chosen courier delivered it a day later than the one scheduled; waiting in vain at home disrupted my day's plans. To give credit, the customer service (both online and telephone calls) was attentive when it was realised that an error had been made.

1 of 3 lamp bases was bent. They promptly arranged replacement on first contact (no need to chase, etc.) and they proactively followed up the check the replacement had been delivered and was in order. Pretty much the best customer service I've experienced.

I left a review on the 8th December which was negative as I found no way to communicate with this company. Since then we have been in contact. They have corrected their phone number on their website and they processed the return I wanted very quickly and efficiently. I could not edit my previous review but wanted to post this correction.

Great customer service. A light had failed within its 5 year warranty period and a full refund was provided so that I could purchase a replacement

Very poor customer service. I have emailed requesting an RMA for a lamp which is faulty. At first Ady seemed helpful but then since Wednesday he had not responded it sent the RMA which he had said he would do. I am now out of time for the return due to Comet Lighting not dealing with this. Their returns policy stipulates emailing them prior to returning a product yet they do not respond and thus the product cannot be returned and we have no other option but to keep it but not use it.

I had issues with a light however I would like to actually say this has been dealt with and I’m impressed with the customer service. I’ve been given a full refund and I don’t have to mess around with having to pay and arrange to send it back the company have said I can just dispose of it myself. They have rang me numerous times to keep me updated and check that I have received the money back in my bank account so I’m very happy with the customer service
