Repeated unsolicited SPAM calls, I've previously requested them to cease contacting me. Such practices do not bode well for business transactions.

I had a fantastic experience and just had to share! The customer service was excellent, friendly and genuine help from start to finish. What really stood out was how the lady I spoke with took the time to understand my business and my needs and guided me to speaking to the right people for a new Epos system for my cafe. They made it a simple process and stress free.
I would highly recommend and they are going to stay in contact with me in the future which is a nice touch these days!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Masquerading as ‘BrightBooks’ I thought I was providing my details to get a quote for my business. Not so. Now my personal information has been distributed to who knows how many other companies. This behaviour should be illegal in this day and age.

Avoid sharing your personal details. Although the website claims you’ll receive a quote shortly, they actually use your information to contact you later and try to persuade you over the phone.

I kept seeing ads for cheaper card transactions. I inpur my details. Had non stop phone calls. Answered one in work, and told them to phone back. He was very pushy on the phone. I eventually agreed to sing up with worldpay, at £1 a month, with no fees if I didn't use my machine. Fast forward to February, and I've now got a bill for £78 for not using my machine, and £20+ monthly fee. When I phoned them back to query the charges, they didn't want to know! Awful company!

Commercial experts? Cold-calling experts more like. Unwanted, unwarranted sales call

Do NOT put your details into this website unless you want your phone to ring off the hook! You are not dealing with ONE company. The minute i pressed the last action button my phone has not stopped.... This is JUST website that sends out YOUR details to 100's of company's and they all want the business so they ALL call you. Even if you went with the first company that called you the rest will continue to call you... insane, at no point putting in my details was this made clear and i feel this is a breach of GDPR as i was sharing my details willingly with THEM not the rest of the country. Please report to the ICO.

Shame I can not give a negative rating. After this company has pretended that my details were input on there site when I didn’t do it. Peter Jones the compliance director, provide none of the requested information. When he was asked again 20 times he told someone who hasn’t got working hands the wright a letter with the details of the complaint, then he harassed me my highjacking my phone calls preventing me talking to anyone else just so he could continue his belittling attack on me. Eventually he got someone from complaints to ring me and she carried on the abusive attack on me as well as didn’t listen to a single word I was saying. So it looks like the ICO will be getting a call!
