Polycomm vvx411 supplied is not compatable with BT accounts. BT will not repeat not configure. Waste of time and money.

After our office puppy chewed our Avaya line cord I came across Comms Warehouse. I saw they had a online chat operater so I gave it a try...
Zoe is the person everyone needs to be talking too she is friendly, professional but also has banter it was like I was talking to someone on the phone, because our conversation was fast I didn't have to wait for a response like you normally do. Plus Zoe even sent me the cable out for FREE. I think Comms Warehouse needs to give Zoe a big thank you for getting my 5 star review :)
