I’ve had a great experience renting through Complete Prime Residential over the past 12 months. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional, and any issues that arose were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

We stayed in the property let by Complete Prime Residential for 3 years. At the least, it was a great experience. Eg: One weekend the smoke alarm was going off non stop and my 8 months old was sick. They sent someone to sort it out the same day, within hours, even if it was a weekend.
Our property manager Safiyya El-Moumane made sure that every concern was dealt with immediately. Her timely communications and prompt solutions was great over the years and it also made it really easy for us to plan our move. I am sad that they are not my letting agent anymore. I wish I were staying in one of their properties again. But I will definitely look for one of the properties Complete manages in the future. Strongly recommended.

Safiyya is the best! She helped prioritise all the urgent repairs in the flat, raising them with the landlord and coordinating with the contractors so it was fixed in under a week. Happy to recommend their services.
