Complete Auto Protect does not administer your claims. Omega does. Complete sells a package, and says all electrical is covered, then Omega admins and says no. They told the mechanic I only had Power Train protection when I filed a claim for electrical, as the sales person for Complete said all electric was covered. I had Power Train Enhanced. This is a shill company that authorizes Omega, which I signed no agreement with, to admin. It is bait and switch. Complete misrepresentation and fraud for both companies.
Scam Detector has Complete Auto Protect at 14.3% out of 100. I think that is to high.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. A few weeks ago my car started acting up—rough idling, the check engine light came on, and it felt like it was about to stall every time I hit a red light. I took it to my local shop and found out the issue was a failing ignition coil and spark plugs, and the cost to fix everything was way more than I expected.
Thankfully, I had Complete Auto Protect, and filing a claim with them was honestly smoother than I thought it would be. They approved the repair quickly, my shop got paid, and I only had to cover my small deductible. The whole thing was handled fast, no runaround, no arguing, no “we don’t cover this” nonsense.
My car is running perfect now. I’m seriously glad I had this coverage when I needed it. Definitely worth it.
