Good value for money

Had good communication with Emma who answered and explained everything before the survey. Survey was booked in a week time. Got the report in 3 days, took me 3 days to talk to surveyor but Liam answered all my queries patiently when I had the chance. Overall had a good experience with CHS. I would recommend this company to others.

Emma was very efficient at organising the survey with the estate agents and getting the survey to us. Sean completed our survey; it was well written and within the timeframes set.

Really happy the service I received from start to finish, the survey was straightforward to arrange and I was given example surveys of what I would get back to ensure I was getting the right survey for what I needed to know.
I was also able to give the surveyor a call after it had been completed to go more in depth.
So happy I did this it saved me from buying a property that just wasn’t right for me.

Really thorough survey received in the time that they stated. Emma was super helpful getting us kicked off and the whole process took about two weeks from instructing to receiving the report. Our seller unfortunately pulled out of the sale but we are looking to instruct them again for a new property. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Provided a very detailed report which was easy to read and gave specific actions to address concerns. Have used the company to survey 2 properties and both reports were very detailed.

Communication was brilliant, from start to finish and even after I had received the report they followed up to check if I had any queries or issues.
