I brought my pc in for a repair because it was beeping when booting up, I was told I had to pay €50 deposit which I did and left. Brian calls me a few days later and tells me I need a new SATA cable and that the cable only costs 10 euro, then he goes on to tell me it’s €185 for the repair including the deposit (or €120if I payed him in cash) I told them not to repair it and then went to collect the PC a few days later when he tells me there is now an issue with BIOS. I took the pc and brought it straight to another shop in Phobsboro where I was told he unplugged a cable connected to one of my hard drives so that my PC wouldn’t boot. The shop in phobsboro then repaired the pc for €20. Avoid this shop the owner is a thief. I still have the sticker on my pc from when he had my pc but I can’t upload a photo.

To say this company lacks in customer service is like saying it was bad to be Jewish in Germany circa 1940. First, took computer in to have screen fixed, they told me price range, I told them OK. Said it would be 2 weeks, 4 weeks later went in and was told they tried to call to confirm I wanted computer fixed and I didn’t answer, they had my number off by a digit in their data base. Then after 3 more weeks tried to call and pay to get it with another person picking it up, was told I could not pay by credit card. So your average dominos is more technically advanced than these digital experts. What a joke. I’d literally drive to Boise to avoid these clowns. Buyer be VERY AWARE

There was a repair done onto the motherboard of the Lenovo G700 I own.
Having been repair and collected, in a reason frame of time, the laptop, now works in good capacity. I say :«"It, the laptop, is great as it was at his best.»"

I have been welcomed, in both occasions, by the office director and unexpectedly also been given helpful tips and precisations to keep up my laptop at his best.
They showed great resilience and contacting in the time being. I can only greatly appreciate their service.

Wonderful best product and price also low

Left a old camera in last year to retrieve photos last year . Paid €80 for 100 photos off camera. Lost the laptop with 100s family photos, no remorse shown from Brian, tried to convince us we told him we didn’t want the laptop. Stay clear very unprofessional.

Various types of transactions should be summarized to simplify the operation process.

It was great to find a place where they could fix my MacBook after Apple suggested there was nothing to do but buy a new computer. They have great customer service and accurate information on the status of your repair.
The only thing was that the keyboard was left seemingly un cleaned. There are a few letters that are not working properly when typing.
Overall, I’m very thankful.

Laptop was not charging, the power connection plug was broken, I got on line with them, then got a call, very respectful and professional. I decided to pass by to get a quote on my repair. It was quick, cheaper than other quotes. They said a couple of days to repair, it was s couple of days. Received email telling me laptop was ready. Great service, machined repaired, working great, no issues. Will recommend them to everyone. Thanks.
