Been using Connected finance for 5 years now has a car dealer. Love everything about the application process and so straight forward.

First and last time with broker for car finance! Disconnected Car Finance! Zero stars should be an option!!!
No communication No customer support No clue! Connected Car Finance rung me and told me you been accepted for 10k credit line esignature, simple and seamless, I spoke to the young lady was told you have an account manager Brad, do you need payslips, drivers licence, bank statements, was told no, we are Connected. No your not, so find a car I like, then a minefield questions, are they FCA,I say yes, they say no, I check Companies house and they are and I give them the FCA number for the dealer website, plainly just lazy, having worked for Aldermore as a underwriter in a previous life, I get a apology, then hours later I chase again having been told they work on it immediately, I get Joe later having had to chase in the evening five hours later, a nice chap, but then I am told no this lender needs paperwork, and that the repayments are several hundreds pounds over a shorter period, so scrap that try a direct dealer, apparently quicker, Otter Motors (for the record absolutely brilliant) left them a positive review, this time quicker, but the point missed still paperwork, that’s fine, but you wasted my time, make it clear that paperwork maybe needed dependant on the lender, clear and concise and transparent missed that pillar of principles it was offered at the beginning, but no you don’t need that it’s seamless we are connected!
They have lots positive reviews but probably plenty of bad experiences this time someone decided to let people know you are not connected.
They pigeon hole you in a car, you get the figures when they choose, leaving you high and dry with dealerships after providing deposit. Time and wasters.
Frank and honest just accept you got it wrong this time. But for balance and fairness the guy Joe was polite and unfortunately by the time he helped me the experience was getting sour.Thanks Unconnected, a place where customers don’t matter and Commission does more like that family favourite The Muppet Show!!!

Connected … reply to review even inaccurate two cars VW Golf and Mini Cooper I point out both under 10k not multiple vehicles I am sure the dealers could and would verify that fact and the FCA misunderstanding was on the first car, take responsibility, you contacted by SMS and telephone a couple times after this review.The review is honest and frank, plainly even back tracking it’s inaccurate please at least behave and treat customers with respect.I agree with your final comment quite right paperwork differs from multiple lenders, then don’t tell customers on the first introduction call that it’s not required, it’s misleadingly and maybe further investigation into that initial call dated 2nd May in the morning by your team will no doubt withstand my comment. I am unsure of the young lady’s name that conversation definitely happened! I was offered a 10k credit line no paperwork required with e signature, I recall then being advised over and above 10k would require further check and paperwork.If you wish to disagree I am sure that the FCA would be happy to listen to the initial conversation as you record your calls and they I am sure would be in agreement with me.Rather than attempting to make me look stupid perhaps spend the time training your staff not selling unfulfillable promises just to get a commission.I hope my review can be seen in fair light and transparent, more than one mistake was made, if my review makes Connected look at there approach to offering finance products with there lending partners and I prevent just one person having to experience what I felt was poor communication and inaccurate information then it is worth it.On a positive note your dealer direct Otter Motors based in Devon were absolutely top notch a guy called Kristian, he was extremely pleased with my review, why because I was treated as you liked to be treated with courtesy and respect, rightly got a positive review! The point I am making is this review isn’t bitter it’s fact based I am sorry it’s spoilt you perfect score with Trustpilot!

Love dealing with CCF. I've been doing business with them for a few years now and can't fault them. Such a seemless service. I deal with the business relationship manager Luke McCarthy and he's amazing always on hand to help me when I need it. The guys in head office are great too!!!! Would definitely recommend.
