I was thrilled to discover this incredibly efficient company. My robot vacuum broke on Thursday afternoon, and I quickly found the replacement part online and ordered it. To my surprise, it arrived by lunchtime on Friday, less than 24 hours later! I was so happy to have my vacuum up and running in time for the bank holiday weekend. This was a replacement for an older video door bell of the same type. The picture of Quality on the screen is exceptional plus, the fact that there are no hidden charges and the cost of the bell, which is very reasonable more than covers itself in a short space of time

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted ConnectIT with questions I had about Eufy security cameras I was very impressed with their quick response and friendly manner. I was also impressed by the fact that they took the trouble to ring me when an out of stock item I wanted to order was back in stock. Their delivery times are also excellent, I received my cameras the day after I placed the order.

Quick Delivery, Great Support, Would order again
Ordered alot of items, all items arrived swiflty and smoothly with tracking updates, had a minor issue with a bulb that needed replacing, they were super helpful, had the new bulb sent out the same day and had the new bulb in my hands before 1pm the next day!
Really happy with the service and support, will for sure be buying off them again!

What a great company to do business…
What a great company to do business with. First I had a question about an item I wanted to purchase and was phoned back within an hour. Ordered a Eufy X10 robot vacuum and it was delivered the next day in Louth. Made a second order for a maintenance kit for it and that also was delivered the next day. Prices were well below those of other company's.
Have only just found out about this company and am very pleased with their service, excellent.

I ordered a eufy C30 in the afternoon, the next morning I took delivery of the product. The price was the best I found online or in stores and the delivery was as quick as is possible and free. Absolutely would recommend this company and I am thrilled with my new vacuum cleaner.

Quick, personal, professional. 10/10 no faults
Called them on the phone to ask for advice on choosing the right robot vacuum. Received personal, helpful, and friendly response, placed an order (competitive price!), and they shipped it the very same evening with AnPost tracking number sent to me. I received my Eufy robot two days later, everything is working perfectly, no issues at all. 10/10 will buy from them again when I'm ready for another smart device!
