Work was carried out as scheduled and completed in one day the roof made difference a bit cooler in summer time, but time will tell as to when winter comes i can recommend .

Our experience with this company was positive from beginning to end. The agent who initially sold us the conservatory roof was informative and not at all persuasive in her style. A surveyor called soon after and we were given a timeframe for commencement of construction. This was adhered to without any delays.

The two workmen who arrived on the day were very pleasant natured. They were skilled and professional in the construction which took them three solid days to complete. They worked tirelessly with barely a break and left our property tidy by the end. The skip was collected swiftly as had been advised. Everything had been well coordinated and we were satisfied that we had made a good choice with this company. The end result is just what we wanted.

This has made a huge difference in the lounging of my conservatory. Both the winter and summer was unbearable either heaters were required or cold fan heaters in the summer, this is no longer the case and has proven to be just fantastic combating both seasons.

They arrived on time, very pleasant, helped us to move the furniture outside and quickly finished, cleaned up then put the furniture back before leaving 😀

We are all very happy with the guys from the CI Group. Lucas and Peter were the guy who came to do the work which only took a few hours, but has made a huge difference to our conservatory they were very professional and very clean when the work was completed. Definitely recommend the CI Group for anyone who have conservatory.

Good experience done fast however few plants were destroyed at the time of installation and also screws on the driveway that ended up with one of my cars having flat tyre to the point that it went of the rim and we had to pay for new tyre just before our holiday

Excellent polite workmen but lost a lot of time as had to got to Aberystwyth to get guttering as the surveyor had mis calculated the gutter. That meant they didn’t leave until 7-30 pm and rushed to finish . They left black marks ( from their hands I think) on the cross piece which they intended to get off for us and is impossible to remove. We have had to paint over it with gloss

From start to finish the whole process was excellent. The initial surveyors visit with George was very helpful and informative and the price quoted acceptable so we decided to go ahead. On the day of installation the fitters, Nathan and Luke, were on time, polite and very professional and efficient. As for the installed product itself, it made an immediate, positive difference to the conservatory - particularly as it was a warm sunny day outside. We are really pleased we went ahead with this product and would highly recommend CI GROUP for their great customer service.

From the initial request for a quote through to completion of the job, the CI team performed faultlessly.

The call staff kept in touch with me and offered a fixing date earlier than the original date, which was more suitable for my wife and myself. Two days before the new date, I was contacted by the fixers, who would be in our area the following day, asking if it would be possible to do the job then. I had no problem with that, and they arrived within the time scale they gave me. They worked hard and efficiently in what was a hot day. and completed the job in under three hours. The result was a clean professional job with no hassle.

Great service, the fitters were superb and couldn’t have been a nicer and more helpful bunch of people.

Everyone from the estimator to the fitters were a joy to deal with and we are so pleased with the finished product
