Pleasant, polite, turned up on time and made a brilliant job. I would recommend then to everyone. IMPORTANT NOTICE…… The product really does work, it makes the conservatory useable, I will put up window blinds to stop the worst of the heat in a heatwave which we seem to have every year now. The roof product is on the inside of conservatory and looks great, the outside is untouched and you can’t see it from the outside either. Can’t praise the company enough 10/10 thanks guys 😄

This must be the best work we have had done on our house. The quote was reasonable, with no hard sale. The appointment was made, we didn’t have to wait too long. The workmen turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves.
The product itself has made a huge difference already. Keeping the temperatures down on sunny days. Can’t say yet how it will be in the winter. But the sound proofing effect is noticeable as I don’t always know when it’s raining now.

Fantastic company nothing was to much trouble, very prompt and proffesional service. The fitters were polite and extremely tidy and the end result is better than we ever expected, we now have another usable room!

I couldn't rate this company highly enough. The initial visit was Rob and he was very friendly and informative, no pushy sales nonsense. The installation went ahead without a hitch and the installers were all nice lads.

The only tiny snag we had was that a leak reappeared about a month after the installation. Due to the persistent hot weather we had no idea until a random day of heavy rain, and it came through at quite a rate. We contacted them for advice and they sent out the installers the next day to investigate. It turns out the caps between the conservatory roof glass were not installed correctly but this was the fault of the previous company who installed the conservatory, something I suspected during a previous leak incident but I was told it was "condensation". I bring this up because the guys were kind enough to fix the problem by securing and bonding new caps along the whole roof at no expense...even though it was not their responsibility to fix it. This saved us a great deal of stress and potential difficulty in getting any other tradesman to fix, likely at significant cost.

The conservatory is so much better now, the heat in the hot weather has at least halved and we look forward to be able to use it in the summer.

Top marks for a pleasant, no pressured competative quote; with no payment until completely happy with the finished job (we had six firms to quote). Great guys - courteous, considerate, tidy and willing to listen to customer's concerns or requests. We did have a slight hiccup with installation but Sam immediately made us aware of it and worked with us to resolve it - which is the true test of a good firm! Very happy with the finish. The conservatory now copes well with the hot summer temperatures, making it a pleasant usable room without the previous glare.We look forward to equally good results in the winter months. 😀

We cannot speak highly enough about this company. On arrival the fitters were very friendly, efficient, organised & very professional in their work.
When they had finished they cleaned up to a very high standard & moved all the furniture back into the Conservatory & also hung the blinds back up.
Their work was faultless & would definitely recommend them.

The Insulation was explained and demonstrated to me clearly.. any queries I had after the demonstration were handled clearly and well.
The fitting team were prompt to arrive, efficient and cleared up superbly.

Fitters were nice guys but it felt like a bit of a rushed job and we were advised several times how they were short on a person. One fitter had an injury aswell and the other was new to the role and although very keen had some questionable health and safety approaches to cutting materials leaning on his legs knealt up on the floor. The result was a bit chaotic and messy in places. We were told wood for a fan was in the middle of a beam but it wasnt- only found out after we drilled holes looking for it. Sealant was being smoothed with a licked finger...not very professional or hygienic. Ceiling sealant has lots of grit and black fluff inside it from the rush. We will probably redo it ourselves.
