Hey! I’ve used this company for repairs twice now, and they’re super helpful and understanding. So, I was gaming on my PlayStation 5 when it suddenly started acting up. But the friendly rep I talked to promised to figure it out and get back to me quickly. And guess what? The next day, a courier picked up my console! They even let me know the repair was done and my console was back with me. This company is my go-to for repairs. What a great experience. I took my Grandson's limited edition Switch to a well known shop who sent it away but charged me £30 to have the diagnostics done. Two weeks later I enquired about it and was told it was unrepairable. I looked online and saw the reviews for Console Portal. Lovely man, told me it could probably be fixed in two days. I was contacted the same day to say it was fixed and ready to pick up. A very resonable price. I have a very happy and releived Grandson
