Sam Marchetti delivered a workshop for us at LEO Cork City for SMEs looking to align their businesses with the UN SGDs. Great delivery, insighful, considered and well put together workshop with a useful follow up toolkit. Very happy and looking forward to working together again

Sam Marchetti was appointed as my mentor by LEO Cork North and West. His expertise is extensive and his approach is fast-paced, personable and flexible. We covered a wide range of topics in a short space of time and Sam openly shared his knowledge and experience. His strategic thinking and genuine interest in my business made Sam the perfect mentor.

I have been lucky enough to receive the guidance, wisdom and support of ConsortiaCo this year. I most noted their enthusiasm to scaffold ways for others to succeed. They made their insights accessible - using relatable examples and opportunities sto apply the knowledge into small and achievable action steps. The 1:2:1 supports my company received were also of immense support and two words stand out for me - innovation and kindness. It's seems to me that Sam and Audrey go over and beyond when working with their clients, driven by a genuine desire to life others up! The world of business (the world in general :-)!) is lucky to have them!

We are a small Social Enterprise and we reached out to Leitrim Development Company for support. Sam Marchetti was appointed as our Mentor. We have found Sam to be most helpful. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and goes way beyond what is expected off him. He introduced us to Stakeholder Mapping and we saw our business in a new light, full of growth and potential. Sam introduced us to his colleague Audrey and together they assisted us in creating a Sustainable Enterprise Action Plan and gave us lots of tools to assist us, such as a Project Scoring Template, Skills Gap Analysis and Funding Points to be aware of.
Their Capability Management and Resource Training were invaluable. Audrey was always very helpful and delivered all information in a concise, easy to understand manner, with lots of free templates for us to adapt to our own Social Enterprise.
We would have liked more time with them both but they gave us lots of extra time and advice. We would highly recommend them in the future.

I just finished a 6 week programme ' Women Entrepreneur Capacity Development' offered by Cork South LEO and delivered by Sam, Audrey and their expert guests at ConsortiaCo. I got so much from it - it's very unusual to offer a perfect blend of business support and personal wellbeing, recognising their essential connection. Sam and Audrey are passionate and highly knowledegable about the material they present and so willing to offer extra tips and resources wherever possible. It gave me food for thought at each session. Thank you Sam and Audrey. I look forward to attending your next course offered through Cork Couth LEO!

This has been a real eye opener in the areas I needed help, from finding new customers to knowing your target market. From designing a business plan to a template to help with your export planning.
Very understanding, helpful and professional team that will help you with any problem your company might have in this area. Definitely recommend this programme to small businesses.
Thank you so much Sam and Audrey for the one on one zoom calls when I needed advise or guidance.

Far more than export development. This workshop has provided far reaching beneficial tools and insights to how I will actually grow my business in a targetable and measurable manner. Culminating in a thorough, systematic business plan with clear objectives and results planned. Both Sam & Audrey are absolute experts in their fields and provide advice and guidance throughout the entire course as well as out of course times. Always there to help and guide. Really cannot say enough positives about the course. Thank you both.

I was put in touch with Sam from ConsortiaCo through the South Dublin LEO. His insight into how to grow my business has been extremely helpful and relevant to where I'm currently at. It was great to talk to someone who has worked in a similar industry and could show me the ropes. Would recommend.

I found Sam from ConsortiaCo through Limerick LEO The programme he delivered was top class and learnt so much about how to implement a range of Innovation Capability Developments into our growth strategy. Very open, friendly and informative!

We found ConsortiaCo through South Dublin LEO and they helped and guided us through the implementation of our sustainability programme in a very informative and professional manner.

Great service. Delivered the South Dublin LEO Export programme and there were a lot of useful learnings for the team.

I was fortunate to connect with Sam and Audrey through LEO South Dublin Export workshop. I valued their approach and insights from the very beginning. They are leaders with their approach showing businesses how to lead into the future by being strategic and working with balance! I hope to connect with them again in the future.

Exceptional training. Over the years I have heard the same dull tips in relation to sales/marketing.
With Sam and Audrey the strategic thinking brings about a whole different mindset. They have shown us ways to bring about a multitude of leads for our business.
Couldn't speak highly enough about their professionalism.

Keep an eye out for the Sustainable Enterprise course. It is full of great, new ideas on how to grow your business and is expertly presented by Sam Marchetti.

"Sustainable Enterprise" 4 week Training was executed so professionally by Sam.It was an enlightening experience and he promoted all of our business needs individually without interfering with the flow of learning. Will definitely recommend this course. Thanks Sam

I was refereed to Sam through Cork City Local Enterprise Office business mentor programme. Sam's knowledge, expernaces, advise and contacts in the social enterprise sector were invaluable to me at this point on my journey with in this sector. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and ConsortiaCo to those seeking insight, supports and collaborations in the area of Social Enterprise.

Resilience workshop that offered a comprehensive toolkit on multiple levels. An in-depth discovery of tools and techniques to use for to enable you to be 'your best self'. Many thanks Sam very informative, accessible and innovative. Georgina

I was very impressed by Sam's in-depth knowledge of a wide range of topics covered in The Toolkits for Wellbeing workshop. Unfortunately, time was limited but there were many gems in the course that are worth exploring. Excellent visual examples to explore terms that could have been hard to grasp otherwise.

ConsortiaCo's approach to collaboration and knowledge sharing is refreshing and reflects the changing dynamic in society that is pushing to be more sustainable, collective and systematic. Highly recommended.

It does not matter if you consider yourself a subject matter expert in the production of tenders, you can learn a lot from Sam and his team on the B2Gx program that will add to your success and impact. Highly recommended.
