I needed to amend my policy and Bailey was pleasant, professional and did his best to rectify the issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. The reason for 4 stars is because of the back and fourth due to typo’s computer errors etc.

Excellent customer service
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with customer service. As someone with dyslexia, I sometimes need things explained more than once, and the advisor was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. He took the time to go over everything in detail, re-explaining where needed, and made sure I fully understood what kind of policy was right for me.
This level of care and attention made a huge difference, and I felt genuinely supported the whole way through. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and inclusive service. I came away feeling very happy and confident in my decision. Thank you Ethan for such an excellent experience!
