1) they lied about the processing speed of my order and wouldn't allow me to cancel it 2) the product was defective, flawed & doesn't work. The phone case wireless charger magnet is so weak, it can't stay attached to the charger & the slightest bump will dislodge it and it won't wirelessly charge thru the case. It's utter worthless.

What a rip off, nothing like the advert portrays. purchased 2 bird feeders that are completely useless. they took money from my account on top of the actual amount and are rip off merchants. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Placed an order. Realized immediately that they had taken more money than they should've. Cancelled my order within 8 minutes of placing it. They refuse to cancel the order. They did give me the extra money back that they stole from me...so I suppose there's that. But I wonder how many people they steal from hoping that they don't notice. Now I'm left with their crappy product which I'd have to pay to return before they'd possibly refund me. AVOID unless you like to pay extra and like to deal with incompetent people! They also sneakily changed their website after it initially said you could cancel orders within 12 hours...

My experience is exactly what others are saying , purchased October , asked to be patient , resent the order , something went wrong with tracking etc etc still not received and there is no satisfactory complaints procedure . These companies ought to be ashamed of themselves , just stealing from people , nothing more . Credit card money recovery is my next step

Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. "Customer Service" is simply an endless list of excuses and avoidance. Do not buy anything at all from this company. Endless delays, blaming the shipping company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I ordered 2 crochet sets for Christmas presents beg of Nov, despite being told that parcel lost in transit by them and another parcel being sent, still not received, have been told to be patient and they will arrive at some point, I now don't believe this and feel this is a scam and have lost my money

Scam website. Items were not as described, refused to give return details. Had to go through bank for refund and they have fought it all the way. Do not purchase from them.

If I could give this company 0 I would. Purchased a crochet advent calendar in October, plenty of time I thought. Here we are nearly 2nd week December still no sign. Avoid this company at all costs. Have found then uncooperative and just keep saying it’s on its way. The shipping tracking hasn’t moved for 2weeks AVOID!!!!
Update. Now Christmas Eve and no sign of it. Paid with PayPal but they have sided with this company as they said they posted it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed my order almost two months ago and I am still waiting for the product to arrive. The tracking information has been completely unhelpful and the status hasn’t changed in weeks. I’ve received no clear updates, no explanation for the delay, and no indication of when or if my order will actually be delivered.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company.

Total scam, product doesn't look anything like the description. Much much smaller, and no booklets included. Avoid at all cost.

Pretending to be Uk seller. Marketed as Uk. ‘Hand crafted, quality’ no…. To 3-4 weeks to arrive, that’s when I knew it wasn’t local to me..

Mass produced tat you can get on Temu with a horrendous price tag for what you get.

Said I can return for a refund.. but at my cost, £55 back to China…………( more than the order) because they aren’t based in London as stated… AVOID. Just another tat shop marketing well.

This does not even deserve a one star! Ordered a crochet advent calendar, was sent absolute rubbish not even worth a fiver! Customer service are dreadful and repeatedly just say their warehouse have confirmed you have been sent the right item!

I've ordered the multiplication wall hang in September. Not only is it the end of November and it hasn't arrived, but the last tracking update was October 23rd. Also instead of the £11 that was quoted at checkout I was charged £14, which I let slide. They refuse to give me a refund and told me to wait on another update. I'm almost certain this company is a huge SCAM and I'd advice anyone to stay away from this site

Placed an order on the 6/10/25 and 7 weeks later still have not received it. After countless emails and being told a replacemnt has been sent i requested their complaints process twice they still avoid giving me it and advise to be patient.
There are no details anywhere of a complaints process or governing body.
Any info would be helpful.

Item sent was very poor quality and not as shown in picture. To get a refund I had to pay for postage to return item to china. Do not buy from this company.

Completely refused a return as they say it costs too much, despite sending completely inferior versions of what they advertised. Total scam

I realise now I’ve been scammed - they answer their emails promptly apologising for delays - I ordered the sea glass mugs plus a couple of other items on 6th oct 25 - so that’s £89 lost to them
