My experience was easier and faster than I had expected. From initial contact to receiving a favourable quote took around one hour. No pressure was put on me to make a snap decision and I decided to sleep on it overnight.
The next morning, my mind made up, I called to accept their quote and set the ball rolling.
Not the cheapest price but very reasonable and using a trusted company gave me peace of mind.

I would advise caution when using this conveyancing solicitor service.

They operate as an intermediary, referring clients to third-party conveyancers. In my case, Andy strongly recommended JP Goldman and reassured me they were reliable and a trusted partner. Based on this, I decided to proceed.

However, the service I’ve experienced from the referred conveyancer has been very slow, and it has already raised concerns with my estate agent due to delays.

After paying the £150 file opening fee, communication became difficult. Responses were slow or absent, and the level of support was not what I expected from a service acting as an intermediary.

Overall, I feel the recommendation given did not reflect the experience I’ve had, and the lack of follow-up support has been disappointing. I would suggest doing thorough independent research before accepting any referrals.

I spoke to Andy today after obtaining a conveyancing quote from reallymoving.com yesterday and he was cheerful, friendly, patient and super helpful in explaining the whole process clearly. I found this really reassuring as we're first-time buyers. It was a quick process to proceed with the quote and I received the details of our case handler immediately.

We are first time buyers and need to instruct a solicitor. Wayne really helped us out and made the whole process so smooth.

Firstly our schedules are all over the place and we have a lot of viewings so Wayne called us at a time that suited us. Which was late on a Friday just before the weekend. We really appreciated this. He explained the terms clearly and really broke down the quote for us. He explained everything in detail and was really friendly. Any questions we had (and we had a lot of them) he answered. Finally our solicitor was instructed.
