Excellent service from Mark Higginson and Hannah Webster. They always answer the phone and communication is excellent, very personable and approachable. Extremely proactive to make sure everything runs smoothly. Would highly recommend and would be our first choice if needed again.

My sale has just completed in 9 weeks and I haven't had to chase once. Very imperssed with Kayleigh team and Highly recommend them. I have previously used Nicola team and would not recommend that team I'm afraid so it seems to depend who you get.

Mark Higginson handled the purchase of a new property.
From the start Mark was excellent and kept me up to date with every that had to be done especially as the vendor and their solicitors were extremely slow at responding to requests and supplying information to complete the purchase.
We completed on the 30th January 2026 and if it had not been for Mark and his team I believe we would still not have completed by now.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to handle any property conveyancing.
