Mark Higginson is now our go to conveyancer! I've been an estate agent for nearly 20 years and Mark and Conveyancing home have been excellent in every case we have passed them! From complex cases to other firms that dragging heels they are constantly working to get cases to the finish line. Something that NO other solicitor has done for over 10 years is phone to give you an update, but I will get 2/3 calls a week just to let me know what's happening and if anything needs a 2nd person to chase he will let me know straight away. There are so many choices for conveyancing but nothing so reasonably priced will impress you as much.

Tara was absolutely superb throughout. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. I would highly recommend this service as every call was answered, returned and any questions Tara answered. Every request I had which wasn’t many due to the proactive nature was achieved and I would definitely return and re-use Tara for any future service.

My experience with the firm, and Lucy in particular, has been nothing short of first class. Legal processes have been explained clearly, professionally and compassionately. I am a FTB and I made my own decision to pull out of the purchase in the end… the sellers side were trying to force me to exchange contracts without legal due diligence being completed/followed on the builders end. Despite a long sale process (10 momths) and 2 sales falling through Jennifer kept good contact and communication making us aware of everything on the way. Initially I was frustrated as due to Power Of Attorney I was unable to use electronic signatures and everything had to be done by post (hand signed) not acceptable in this day and age. Had we known that we would of chosen a local solicitor. Having committed to using conveyancing homes we were happy with the service, especially at the more frantic stages near exchange. Lots of mixed messages were coming via estate agents, solicitors and buyers and Jennifer made sure we were both on the same page throughout. So in brief, good relationship with the solicitor and would get 5 stars if they moved into the modern age with electronic signatures for Power Of Attorney as well as their standard clients.

From start to finish the whole process has been outstanding. Gemma made the process so easy and stress free she kept us updated throughout our house purchase, always accessible and quick to answer any queries or questions. Would definitely recommend.
