I recently joined and haven't reached the minimum threshold for payout yet, but the platform seems legitimate and the tasks are pretty easy. While they have a Discord community for support, the admins/moderators can be somewhat dismissive and often pick and choose who they respond to, leaving some users feeling ignored when they have concerns. Bumping messages do not help too, they will only put you on read if they don't feel like tending to your concern. You're basically invisible to them.
