Would have rated it NO stars but that wasn't an option. Scammed me out of my winnings by deducting the playthrough balance during the middle of playing a game. When I reached out to support about what happened all she could tell me was that was that's just how it works. Then asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I said yes. Where's the rest of my winnings after you deducted the $738.88 playthrough amount out of my original amount of winnings. They stole $245 from me plus their playthrough requirements. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD ALL THE WAY AROUND. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. An worst part about it is they don't care to do anything to make it right with you.

Had 90k worth of withdraws pending and they tell me oh sorry you used a code that the max withdraw limit is 500 dollars. Complete scam of a Casino. ALL online reviews and warning about this Casino are 100 percent true. DO NOT PLAY THERE.

I won 2800 dollars they told me I cannot withdraw as I am in South Africa and I mist open a crypto wallet total scam

Account was blocked without any explanation. 3 times contacted support but they just turned off the chat. I had an amount in my balance. Beware! Don't register at this casino!

Please stay away from this casino. They will give you the run around and never pay you your money. The customer service is horrible.

Coolcat has blocked every method for withdraw! No checks, no crypto, no wire if you have a joint checking. I opened up and individual checking as instructed for a wire, and they are still coming up with excuses not to payout! DO NOT PLAY AT THIS SITE
As a last resort i have had success issuing a fraud alert through my credit card and having my buy ins reversed!

Welll I have been a super fan for 6 years at least. The main reason is that I think I have only been able to deposit 1 time never won big! But it is the only site with fun games no adds with practice play. I'm disabled live on 900 a month. Thanks for letting us try new games and old one in a while free codes and spins. Not everyone can work. LOVE YOUR PRACTICE PLAY!!! when I get rich on Lotto I will deposite promise.

This casino is horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone play here.

They are a big rip off they owe me 2400.00 they also kept making excuses about how to send me my money I still have not got it......

They are crooks. Do not let them tell you they need your bank statement. All they need is wire info. They will have you jumping through hoops forever. Try lucky Creek casino .

I've been using Cool Cat for many years. I requested a withdraw on Dec. 16th. Since then, I've been dealing with trying to get my docs approved. They keep telling me that my address doesn't match. I told them right, because I moved over 1.5yrs ago. It's almost a month and I'm still dealing with this address change so that I can get my payout. I don't understand, why CoolCat, you all can't figure out that I need you all to update my address in your system. I'm not sending docs based on the address you have in your system, it's based I where I live now. Their website indicates they're just a call or chat away. Well, there is NO PHONE NUMBER, the chat people confirmed that. Also, if your chat people are helping people, please make sure they're looking at the persons information and/or what they said they submitted. Stop giving people the impression that you're actually looking at anyone's issues. Sam Adams is apparently my "host". Sam, you're not doing a good job right now. Frederick Jones, never emailed like they said they would, Victor was going to be handling my case moving forward, but they weren't available after I resent the docs I was asked to resend again, and there was David Marino. He did okay, but said exactly what everyone else said. I resent all my documents in one email altogether again. David said I could reach out tomorrow since it generally takes 24hrs to process. Even though I submitted the forms almost over a month ago! I'm loyal to a fault until I'm not and when I'm not, I'll do whatever it takes to get the word out that a company is not worthy.

What a scam. They give you what is supposed to be free spins you get through the play through and try to cash out but you have to deposit money in order to cash out. Classic scam. Don't waste your time.

This casino does not pay out. They claim that playing in tournaments and depositing my own money mixed with their free bonuses is mixing money and therefore not payable. Don't fall for it. Cool cat casino is not one you want to play.

It’s been awhile since I tried to cash out on 10/9/24 $2,000 and also $100 on 11/19/24 and it said it was approved by the manager on both transactions and never got my withdrawals even after giving them all my documents which was verified. Told I couldn’t get a check. So, gave them bank information for wire transfer and was told I couldn’t do it if it’s a joint account. Open a separate account and still I over 3 months. NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now it doesn’t even show in my history
This is really a scam casino and it’s sad because I been playing with them for awhile and deposited and lost thousands of dollars and when I try to cash out NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I wish we could sue these people.

THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CASHOUT!!!!

i played on here for a while. after depositing a fair amount i hit for $2000.00. i tried to cashout and they denied me because its a business account. ok so i tried bitcoin ,again denied. was told i need a non business bank. i used my personal and denied. i asked for a check and shocker system is down denied. its a straight scam. plz plz save your money. if you see IAN HART dont play. hes been on 2 sites ive been scammed on. this is real its a scam. i know :(

Payouts are EXTREMELY long. 10 days to "review" the payment, another week to get paid. That after expedition. Pathetic. Can't file ask gamblers complaint, because their rep score SO LOW with them

SCAM! My husband has an account as do I have one of my own. My husband tried to cash out and they told him that since we both have accounts, and both live at the same address, his winnings were void, and took his money from him! DONT PLAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK BEING DENIED YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW!

I recently won on a no deposit bonus. The play through was 1400.00 and I’d started with 4 dollars. Ended up redeeming the 100 limit. As usual I was asked to verify my identity. I had to submit a document with my address. Had to resubmit it because I didn’t take the picture showing the complete document. So far the sevice has been subpar. It’s been ten days and that’s not the time limit the website says for withdrawals with bitcoin. I’m owed the money. It appears that CoolCat is trying to slow pay me and it’s unfortunate because I like the games and the ability to win seems fair. I will update this review if coolcat sends my payment today because yesterday my document was approved and it’s been ten days since I’ve submitted the request. So my rating so far is low at a level of 1 or 2. I’ll change it if they send payment.

I won 1200$ in july and requested for withdrawl via bank wire transfer, i provided them additional documents that they requested and they finally approved my withdrawl on 17th august 2024, and told me i should recieve my funds soon, but its already 22nd sept, and i havent revieved my funds yet, evrytime i go on coolcat chat they say they we have told them to expedite your withdrawl but no use, i dont know if ill get paid or not.very frustrating and disappointing
