Azienda pessima

Compro lenti a contatto Cooper vision da anni dal sito LENTIAMO (che è un azienda molto seria), ho già avuto problemi l'anno scorso con un lotto di lenti toriche, chiesto il rimborso ma CooperVision ha risposto in maniera arrogante che non avevano riscontrato problemi sul quel lotto.
Oggi aprendo un lente si presentata rotta e anche questa volta con arroganza hanno risposto al distributore LENTIAMO, che non avevano riscontrato problemi anche a questo lotto.
L'azienda lentiamo in entrambi i casi mi ha rimborsato di tasca sua le lenti, la "grande COOPERVISION" non ha la forza per rimborsare un paio di lenti.
Che dire si sono comportati da poveracci, meglio non comprare da loro.

Misleading Rebate

Last year I purchased a year supply for the first time. I didn’t purchase my contacts from where I had my exam but they approved my rebate of $200. This year, I did the exact same thing. They denied it. When speaking with customer service and a supervisor they told me I got lucky last year. You must purchase your contacts from the place you had your eye exam. Even after explaining that it’s misleading and they approved it last year and asking them to make a one time exception.. the supervisor became short with me and put blame on me. I would understand if I had sent in the wrong documents or missed something. I have never purchased a year supply before or filled out a rebate form. I figured because they approved it, I did it correctly. How this company stays in business with such rude customer service and misleading acts is beyond me. I will be looking into a different brand/company for my future contact purchases.

Sadly can't give zero

Sadly can't give zero. Abysmal company. Been waiting on a contact lens delivery since 8th July. They've changed the design on the box ! I couldn't give a fig what colour the box is !! Have to keep getting emergency supplies from Specsavers.

They've lost a customer

I never really paid attention to what brand of contacts I got, but my negative experience this year with CooperVision has shown me that there really is a difference.
Although funds were very tight, I went ahead and ordered a year's worth of contacts because that way I would be eligible to get a $100 rebate.
I purchased them, and did the best I could submitting the form with the appropriate documentation and receipts per the directions -- which were very confusing and difficult to understand.
I promptly received an email from CooperVision Promotions letting me know it had been received and that it would take up to 6 weeks to process.
I heard nothing more, and actually kind of forgot about it.
I checked on the website to see when I might be getting my rebate, only to have a window pop up saying "Upon review, the rebate information entered and documents provided do not meet the promotion requirements." Not knowing to just what that was referring, I called CooperVision and had one of the least satisfactory "conversation"s ever.
First of all, the person who came on the line spoke with such a strongly accented broken English that I couldn't understand most of what was said. She went to check things out, and came back saying that I had put the wrong address on the form. (Apparently I'd misunderstood the directions and put on the address of my Ophthmalologist where I supposed to put the address of where I purchased the contacts.)
I asked about correcting this minor error in order to get the rebate, but was told that it was too late because we were past the 60-day submission time frame.
Excuse me, but allowing 6 weeks for processing only leaves 1 week grace period to submit it without going past the 60-day time frame.
And, if they can send me an email a few minutes after I submitted it, why couldn't they send me an email letting me know about the minor error so that I could have corrected it before time ran out?
The combination of confusing directions, lack of communication and non-caring "customer service" that's actually a contradiction in terms made this one of the most negative experiences I've ever had as a consumer.
From here on out I'll be a smart consumer and request a different manufacturer for my contacts -- and hope that they'll also be of better quality that won't tear as easily or hurt when trying to remove them by sticking to my eyeball.

Unwilling to help

I recently had a terrible experience with this company's customer service and product quality. Their rebate window is incredibly short and inflexible, causing me to lose $80. The redemption period is buried in fine print, making it easy to miss. The quality of their contacts has also significantly declined. They have become extremely drying and uncomfortable to wear. It's clear this company has no interest in helping their customers or maintaining product standards. If you want to avoid losing money and dealing with poor quality, steer clear of this company.

Be careful - if you happen to order your contact lenses even a month early, they deny providing you the rebate. They use loop-holes in their process to deny your rebate claim.

Awful awful lenses

Awful awful lenses. Bought them from vision direct as they were recommended as an alternative to the lenses I used previously which were discontinued. They gave me eye sores and they were so drying one of them fell out of my eye while I was driving! I'm will be throwing my last pack away. Very expensive lenses and total waste of money!!!!

Horrible lenses

We recently bought 4 packs of 3 lenses of biofinity energys to give it a try and are utterly disappointed. 71€ down the drain for nothing. The lenses are drying our eyes out a lot and are so uncomfortable to wear. The best way to describe it is as if your lenses were inside out, that horrible feeling except they are the right way in. Horrible!

lens recall

I have been a user of coopervision contact lenses and solutions for over 25 years with specsavers. A few weeks ago I received an email from coopervision stating their solution I have used for over 9 years is being recalled as it does not meet the minimum standards required to disinfect the lenes. I was offered a £6 refund to cover the cost of replacing 2 months supply of solution. The cheapest monthly solution is around £13. Really poor on Coopervision to provide so little for long standing customers. Sent a customer email complaining about level of refund and received no reply. YOU HAVE LOST MY CUSTOM

CooperVision's so called one year guarantee

I have been complaining about lens.com for not backing their lenses. They only give a 30 day guarantee. When you buy a year supply, like they try to sell, you don't see half of the product for 6 months or more. So 2 boxes of CooperVision lenses, 5 months in, start tearing around the edges after one week of wear (on a month wear contact). Lens.com wont' do anything, but CooperVision says they back their product with a one year guarantee. I supply them with my order number from lens.com, the lot number, my prescription and the expiration date (which has 2 years left on it), and all the information they reques, and they tell me they can't verify where lens.com purchased the lenses, so they can not do anything. Not sure what that means. Are they saying lens.com is selling counterfeit lenses? If not, I would think the lot number and expiration date would be sufficient information for them to back their product. I would think someone in here would step up and replace a couple of silly boxes of contact lenses. Spent an hour on the phone with CooperVision giving them all the information they requested, because it sounded like they were going to do something about a defective product. The woman I talked to was very pleasant, but that doesn't get me damaged goods replaced.
