I’ve just sold my home through Coppenwall and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We invited several estate agents to value our property, but from the very beginning Coppenwall stood out as the best fit for us.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our property sold quickly, and having access to the online dashboard made it so easy to keep track of the sale progression, updates and everything that was happening behind the scenes.

The whole team were friendly, approachable and always happy to help—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Selling a home can be stressful, but Coppenwall made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

We recently sold our house through Coppenwall Estate Agents, and overall it was a mixed experience.

Firstly, I can’t praise Anne enough. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her valuation was spot on, whereas other estate agents undervalued our property by around £20,000. Thanks to Anne’s expertise, we received an offer very close to the asking price she recommended. She also conducted every viewing professionally, always arriving on time and staying until the viewers had left the property. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and a real credit to the company.

Duane also deserves a mention. He took excellent professional photographs of our home and was friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout.

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience wasn’t as positive. Our completion was initially delayed because we were part of a chain, which was completely outside of our control. To help move things along, we even made the decision to move in with family so that we could break the chain and speed up the process. Despite this, we continued to receive repeated text messages pushing us to complete, even though the remaining delays were down to the legal process and our solicitor. The constant pressure felt unnecessary and added stress to an already difficult situation. Eventually, I had to tell Leon that the solicitor would deal with the completion date.

I also felt that some members of the team lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills. The text messages often came across as unprofessional, and at times it seemed that the situation wasn’t being handled with the understanding or communication you would expect during such an important process.

If my review was based solely on Anne and Duane, I would happily give five stars. They were both outstanding and a real credit to Coppenwall. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the communication and professionalism of other members of the team.

From the 1st we contacted Coppenwall regarding the sale of a property, we immediately felt positive.
The valuation, photos and viewings were all done at a time convenient for everyone.

We had a valuation on our home and I am very pleased with the service we received. We were very quickly contacted about an appointment and were kept up to date. On arrival Leon was very professional and had researched our property and similar properties before the valuation. The paperwork was very speedy as well. Would recommend.

Millie was superb could t do enough for us , house was very nice however pictures definitely made house and land appear much differently than actually was , no pictures of other building that was so close and and no mention of shared parking and driveway
