It is a really good platform and is needed to meet the needs of the market, but although the UI and positions are relevant and up to date (not just a job board with lots of none existent old positions) I have not as yet found a position using this site. But, I have had some interviews from it.

I moved in the UK back in 2019. Since then I got two jobs, and I found both of them using Cord. Cord is an amazing tool both to recruit and to get jobs. Excellent user experience, I will definitely keep using it.

I can't get a job there - I've been saying for months - that I can NOT put my skills on there - that jobs require MORE three skills - especially fullstack roles - I have the experience - I cant put it there - I have the skills - I can put them up - I am rejected left/right center for jobs I can do

I have emailed support a dozen times over the months -- I am IGNORED.

Very easy to upload info for candidates, and search for jobs. Super quick response times from employers too.

The great timing of answers.

All the times I did an application, I always had back an answer and this was really impressive. The almost-live-contact process, works really well.

I like the platform itself, easy to use and navigate and much much preferable to searching for jobs on LinkedIn.

Unfortunately I have not secured any work through Cord - in general I find the quality of opportunities to be middling with most positions advertised as paying unexceptional salaries and relatively few remote options. I have managed to find significantly better paying opportunities through recruiters/headhunters.

Unfortunately, Cord does not support employers to post Contract positions (regardless of IR35 status), I'm not quite sure why this is but it would be more useful for me if it could show contract positions as well in the future.

Cord is an interesting job portal where you can directly interact with employer or recruiters. This tool has help me to get interviews recently with interesting startups

The amount of core skills are insuficient.
I was matching 100% for a role, but the recruiter close my conversation (without possibility of answering back) because I wasn´t matching with the core skill according to them.
This is simply a nonsense being rejected because my core skill is HTML5, not HTML/CSS. as an example.

Really good job website with solid and transparent job postings. A lot of the postings include salary range as well, which is great.

Cord is a great platform to check for new opportunities. What I like the most is the UI/UX, which really distinguishes it from other websites

Nice website with no spammers. They have also a good filter on registration which makes super easy to speak with hr’s from the company, without the need of recruiters :)

Needs a filter for tech I DON'T want to use. Almost all frontend jobs use react so would make searching much easier if I could filter them out.

It's a great way to find careers as you can effectively search based of specific skills, working model, salary ranges. There are additional tools that show how active the job recruiter is, how you may compare to other applicants (how many of your skills align with the requirements compared to others) and outlines the interview process.
