Bought the budget Tango... very impressed. I have a bad back for 7 years and too much sitting for work is the main reason. I have been looking for a chair to promote good posture and prevent the back lockup I experience when getting up after more than 10min of sitting (kind of a 20 sec performative dance recreating human evolution, from crouched to mostly homo-erectus). With a lot of gimmick chairs the problem is you pay too much attention to it, and either you quit or doesn't really help in the end. With this chair, you have total freedom movement in the hips and you do have to stabilize yourself; yet, it takes a couple of seconds to adjust, and by day two you completely forget about the chair, except when you move (freely) to stretch out. I instantly assume perfect posture when in it, which is kind of mind blowing. My bad side is my left, and I am finding that my "strong side" has weak points that feel like they are getting a workout. I don't feel like I am straining on the chair, but, again end of day 2, I went for my nightly walk and realized some muscles in my back and hips feel like they have been through a workout. And my abs were detectably sore. Most importantly, I can stand up straight away from the chair without spasms or the old man impression. Long story short, it's working for me.

I finally put the chair together a few weeks ago. I wasn't so sure I was one with it, at first. My back was sore the first few days until I found my right core position and my muscles fell in line. Now, I love it. Id like a chair exercise video. I worked for chiropractors and I really see the benefit for core mobility thus flexibility. Thanks for designing this chair :)

Once you get used to the chair, you will see that other chairs are not as comfortable for sitting. It does take a while to get used to the chair - a few months for me. I do not slouch on my hand-rests as there are no hand rests! I do not cross my legs as much - but I do cross them and lean on the table with my elbows especially when I get engrossed in work and sometimes I unconsciously slump too - but the best part is that the core chair brings you back to proper posture very quickly because you notice your transgression within a few minutes for me.
One thing I observed is that using a timed work-break cycle like the Pomodoro method helps a lot with sticking to good posture and combined with the core chair you do not find 'sitting' as non activity.
I highly recommend the chair!

This chair is excellent: keeps my back aligned and the core active throughout the day. Padding is soft, and accurately contoured so that no pressure points flare up over time, when sitting.
They key differentiator for me, is the subtle lower back support that is there to provide that subtle support you need to keep proper alignment when working.

This chair is so comfortable, I only wish I owned it sooner. Everyone needs one of these. Its like working on a cloud.

After thirty years in dentistry, my profession has taken a toll on my back. I decided to invest in a CoreChair to see if it would impact things in any way. I (and my massage therapist) can attest to the fact that my back has greatly improved since using my new chair...looks like I need to get another one for my second treatment room!!

Can’t imagine not having this chair. So comfortable and easy for me to move from room to room. Work at desk during the day and then move to another room at night for a little TV. I am only 5.2 but have the taller version which gives me the flexibly to put the seat lower for certain needs. Customer service with this company is totally great. A great company and a great bunch of people.

I love my Core Chair! It is very comfortable and allows me to keep moving while sitting for long periods. This chair is the best chair I have had a chance to experience! The seat is soft and supportive at the same time and the moving base keeps me feeling relaxed and flexible. I have not found these benefits in any other chair. So I am extremely happy with my Core Chair! I actually have two - one at the office and one at home. I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for solid support and the opportunity to keep active when they sit!

I was excited to give my husband a Core Perch for Christmas.
Unfortunately he prefers a chair with wheels for his office. When I called to inquire about possible return/exchange I was told I should have read the fine print. My error I understand but as it was a gift some understanding would have been appreciated as even the Perch is quite expensive. Nice chair, poor customer service.

love this chair, only chair i can sit on for extended periods of time with no back pain

My back used to hurt so much from sitting for long periods of time, but in just three days, I felt the difference. Of course, I had my doubts about its claims, but it actually works:
-The delivery was very efficient. It arrived before the expected delivery time.
-The assembly was easy, and it just needed a little customization to work for me.
-My metabolism is better.
-I have more energy.
-My posture has improved
-I am more focus
-Customer service is very efficient, and I got to talk to Patrick Harrison, the chair designer, who guided me through the proper chair setup.
Best of all, I love the chair workouts!

I am so obsessed with it! I sit all day doing very tedious lash extensions, I've been doing it for over 10 years now and my hips, back and neck are really feeling it lately. This chair is amazing! Worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone who sits for an extended period of time or just looking for a good chair in general.

Just received my chair and have been sitting in it for a week. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. My back already feels better. I can't wait to see how I feel in the weeks to come. So comfortable and the material is nice- I ordered the classic.

This chair is a game changer. I did try an active seating stool from elsewhere for a periodic switch from my regular desk chair throughout my workday, but I found that I really need some padding on a chair to be fully comfortable. Now with the CoreChair, which was simple to assemble, by the way, the lower back stiffness is gone and I'm literally feeling neck muscles realign at various points in the day when I get up or stretch out. Really happy I found you all and hope to get one for the other desk jockey in my home, soon!! Thank you so much!!
